This quote was just reeling in my mind while reading the prose ,the way u described the furies of fate was remarkable ,may be karwachauth is something which i cannot relate as yet but seeing my mom ,grandmom doing it every year does make me feel the intense pain which geet is going through .however the most painful part was priya and others making sure that geet never remembers the day,alas! they failed didnt they ??

geet was trying her best to hide her turmoil behind the farce mask of smile and ignorance but maan was able to depict her turmoil in between her great acting skills ,i am still not able to come in terms with geet using smile as a tool to defend herself and her family from pain and distress ,she still has not taken a step to bridge down the gap of the past and the future ,may be she is still stuck there or should i say she has no clue about the path which could heal her shattered existence . the realization that yash is no more has hit her too hard today ,maybe for her its just a bad dream which will get over with the shrilling of alarm clock ,

But again the reality remains as bitter as truth, that Yash is no more ,the evidence to support this bitter reality are endless ,

I m speechless have no words what i felt today , this update made me feel is death the answer to every birth but then i changed my mind and pondered ...

people say life is not a bed of roses but none said life is not a bed of thorns ,both thorns and roses exist mutually . geet had her share of thorns or rather she is still reeling in it but the path of roses await for her with open arms ahead ..with optimism infused and happiness personified (maan)😉
