PART 07

Present

Both Maaneet got ready and waited for the time to come to their departure. The departure time came and both Maaneet left their mansion with their friends. Both Maaneet were still sad and their face were reflecting their emotions .Maan sat silently in the car while Rudra drove towards the airport .Rudra gave small glances towards Maan and nodded dismissively looking at his state. Maan on the other hand sat their feeling sad as he dint get any letter from her. He remembered Rudra's convo with him .How he tried to enlighten him and throw out his displeasure. But Maan dint listen...or his heart dint listened. He sat like a zombie not having any clue of the world. On the other way Rudra had a twinkle in his eyes as if he had done a very great work and he's waiting for the result. Meanwhile Karan was all the way waiting for the time to meet Kritika.

Here Geet was no less. She was sitting like Maan too.Meera was too worried looking at her like that.

Meera spoke to distract her,"Di,what would u do when we reach Manali?

Geet dint answer her and looked outside the window.

Meera spoke,"Am gonna go Skiing. This is the best place for it. What do u think Di?"

Geet looked up and gave a small smile. Car reached the airport and they took the flight of Manali.They were all in business class. Pinky was excited to see the only three seats which was closed with the curtains then there was the series of three seats.

Pinky peeped towards it when an air hostess came and said,"Ma'am,that's not ur cabin!"

Pinky who was excited to explore pouted not able to get that oppurtunity.But she was distracted immediately to see an large Cheese Burger coming towards her. She settled herself on her seat and grabbed the burger.

Both Meera and Kritika laughed at her eagerness and spoke,"U can only think abt eating!"

Pinky pouted towards them but immediately they got the siren. Everyone were scared hearing the sound and the passengers asked about it hearing the sound.

Meanwhile Rudra wrestled with the speaker which was loudly making noise of the siren.

Rudra saw his friend's sense of humor and gritted his teeth,"Maan,do u need to switch on?This is nt ur office Maan!Passenger will be scared hearing this type of sirens.Gosh why r u acting so weird these days . maan glared at rudra but it didn't had any effect on rudra and here karan was getting restless to meet his sweetheart . rudra knew that if maan will speak then they wont be flying tonight it will lead to cancellation of the flight seeing the mood of MSK so Rudra dint waited for his response and smashed the loud speaker immediately while the Captains in Airport came towards them to stop the noise.

There was once again hustle bustle and Rudra apologised for the inconvenience to Airport authorities and they climbed the flight.

The passengers who were scared were relieved when an air hostess gave the announcement that everything is in under control. Now Pinky was full with the Cheese burger dozed off with an open mouth and both Meera and Kritika giggled seeing her. Meanwhile Geet was in her own la la land.When Maan set his foot inside the plane then Geet felt restless.She was leaning to the seat part comfortable leaned forward feeling restless.Maan who set the foot on the plane too felt restless as if he's feeling her presence and Geet is feeling his presence.

Maan stopped halfway and looked around him getting any hint.But there was any clue the world was in their own world.Geet clutched her heart and the pain which she felt becoz of breaking of her heart vanished into thin air. She felt a burden has been lifted from her.

Maan stood stunned for sometime and Rudra shook him and asked,"What happened buddy?"

Maan nodded no and walked forward and sat on his class which was adjacent to Geet's seat. When Maan sat on that time he felt his pain been washed out too.He felt the difference and some kind of emotions but he was no clue abt this emotion. But he felt a crave..a crave for something but he dint know for what he's craving .Geet was no less she too felt like him but she felt a pull...a magnetic pull.

The disembodied voice of an air hostess boomed from the speaker which said to fasten their seat belt.Everyone fastened and another voice instructed the passengers to not to walk around till they signal.Geet who was nostalgic due to flight journey closed her eyes swallowing a pill.Geet immediately went to sleepy due to the pill while flight floated in air.Maan who dint had any ailment against air journey sat there looking into the window. Now he cant only see clouds.He dint speak but his heart was content and he was surprised himself and thought that the flight ppl r moving the flight gently.Maan too closed his eyes to dozed off as they wanted to get down after few hours.Rudra was attentive towards Maan and spoke seeing his tiredness,"Maan,u sleep on!I will wake u when we reach Manali.

Maan nodded and snuggled to his blanket which Rudra spread over...

Both of them were in their own grief .. it wasn't the relation of some moths but the thoughts they shared and the memories that they were having was something that none of them can neglect .. their hearts were beating in sync and the tension lines on their forehead was also telling the same..

Though they were close yet they needed to be closer .. the hearts which knew each other were strangely able to feel the heat of the restless at the moment but sadly can't recognize each other ...

Past

It was her birthday and her new mom Rano had baked a chocolate cake for her.Geet was excited as she was going to be 5 yr older.Last night was special,as she had received wishes at midnight when everyone had came to her room and had fed cake.Today she was so happy as she was getting another cake.She was excited to share it with her god.So she sat and started to write a letter.

Dear God,

U know today is special day for me.Today as in dad's words,i was blessed by u to my father.Its my birthday today.Dad had made me blessed too bringing a new mom to me.She has a daughter already just like me and am happy to call her as my sister.Her name is Meera.I love her so much.She became my friend now.But new mom says to Meera that she needs to give respect and love as am elder though we're in same age.Her birthday gonna come too in next month but we are born in the same year.New mom is so gentle not like that woman who wanted to marry my dad.Dad had married new mom in hurry.I dont know why but i like my new mom.She bakes me lots of chocolate cakes and sweets whenever i ask.Today is my birthday and she's preparing Jalebi for me and we gonna do party today.My new friend and sister says that new mom is a great cook.She says that she can bring heaven on the earth.Now am getting glimpse of it.New mom loves me like my mom.Am happy to get her as my mom,thank u god for granting me this wish.

Present

A smile teased his lips as he remembered the latter that wasn't actually any kind of tears but the latter had the chocolate at one corner that she might have spilled while eating her birthday cake.. this was something that he never forgets though her each and every letter was so special just like her .. the innocence and the child in her every time speaks.. he still can't get away from the fact that she has held himself responsible .. but still somewhere he didn't mind..he was actually responsible .. maybe if he had asked her only that he wasn't any god than she didn't get this much angry.. maan was lost in his memories with his eyes closed while geet was thinking about the last letter that she has written to her god..

In anger she has written her last latter , apologizing him , cursing him holding herself responsible and making him equally responsible.. she kept the letter in the closet of hers to sent the next day but meera planned this trip.. a sense of discomfort gripped her thinking that may be her god would be angry just like her ..

It was her mistake her too..

She smiled thinking that he will forgive her and will be there to wipe her tears to make her smile to solve her problems and too love her from the bottom of his heart..yes god love all her children and she was special that is why she is getting replies for him.. its been years now and she didn not dared to tell anyone about it..

After the first letter she wrote she was happy as she got the reply , her god listens to her ..he said that her mum is an angel now and she will be looking at her ..

Geet remembered the first letter that she got it was a white sheet of paper with the red color ink on it.. the words addressed her as dear geet.. and the words that followed still somewhere soothed her heart ...

He rightly said that .. " princess don't cry on petty things " and these words she was still trying to follow..

Though the pill she had was showing its effect but still geet couldn't get her god away from her mind.. she still was thinking to go away from here and post the letter that she had written last night ..

Last night

Dear god

I am sorry... very sorry .. very very sorry .. please forgive me , i know that i didnot do a good thing and accused you but i don't know what to do.. it was not something i expected ..itw as not i expected from varun ..he wanted my papaji's money and now i hate him.. i understand your words now..

Tears fell from her eyes as she continued the letter ...

Rano mama told me that god cannot be wrong and when mama says so than how can you be wrong .. it was my mistake , meera says that i am naive , i cant understand the words and the eyes which says the intention and now i realise that you also said the same when you asked me to be careful... i know you were there for me ..still i felt that i was alone ..i don't know why but i don't know why i feel this now.. the same feeling i felt when i lost gauri mom , today i am feeling same i don't know how i am going to say you but please forgive me.. it was both of ours mistake.. you should have clearly said that varun is cheap and i would have understood but no you said the things round and round making it a puzzle for me...

Huhhh why you do so.. still i am not getting anything..

The tears , the apology finally changed to the baby anger and she closed the letter with lots of question marks for her answers ..and put it in a white envelope instead of her favourite pink..
