Maan felt lil light and content after this decision and slept peacefully * he woke up and started his daily routine and came down for BF. He went to Dev's room to meet him and asked about his health then took his BF and left for KC * in absence of Dev day must be going lil hectic for him .

Annie came back from Shimla and a sweet girl was with her * she introduced her to Dadima .

Annie : Dadima ye Meera hei meri Sr hei , but Shimla tour mei hum bahot acche friend ban gaye* Meera ke mom-Dad ko emergency mei kisi relative ke yahan jana pada to mei force kerke apne sath le aai .. wahan akele rahana padta.

Meera wished Dadima and Dadima blessed her .

Dadima : accha kiya beta , akele ku rahana , jab tak aapke parents nahi aa jate aap yahin rahiye , esse apna hi ghar samjho.

Annie : Dadima dev bhai kaise hai ab? Kya hua unhe achanak se?

Dadima : Dev ab theek hei Annie , Geet ne sab bade acche se manage kiya* wo apne room mei hei jao mil lo.

Annie went to meet dev and Meera too went with her to meet her sick bro for courtesy . Annie hugged her bro and asked about his health. She introduced Meera to Dev and they wished to each other. They spent some time there and Annie asked everything from start to end * Dev too replied her and praised Geet for her help.

In evening Geet came back home and met Annie in living room talking to Dadima * Annie hugged her and thanked her for caring her bro in their absence. Annie intro Meera to Geet.

Annie : Guddu isse milo ye meri friend Meera , ek do din humare sath rukegi.

Geet wished her and Meera too.

Meera: mei bhi tumhe Guddu kaha sakti hu ? I liked ur name.

Geet smiled and agreed. She chatted for few min and then excused herself to go for change. Dadima and Annie understood and told her to take rest. Geet came in her room and shut her in her world * she changed and prepared a coffee for her and took out a folder from her bag to read * after reading them thoroughly she called YSK .

YSK: hello Guddu beta , bolo kaise phone kiya?

Geet: hello GE uncle , wo mujhe kuch paper work ke liye aapse milna tha .

YSK: OK , after dinner come to my study , we'll discuss there. Aur kuch?

Geet: no , thanks . I'll be there. Bye uncle. ... Bye beta.

Maan came home and changed * spent some time reading his files and came down to take dinner with Dadima and YSK * find Dev , Annie and a new girl there. Annie wished him and gave intro of Meera * all were talking randomly but Maan was quite . Nakul placed d dinner for all and they started but Meera noticed that Guddu was not there.

Meera: Dadima , Guddu dinner ke liye nahi aayegi kya?

All became numbed with this question and gave a look to each other* Maan too felt a jerk in him with d name of Guddu and his hand stopped moving . Dadima looked at Maan and tried to cover up .

Dadima: Beta wo dinner nahi leti fruits and juice leti hei bas , Tum dinner karo uska Nakul dekh lega , but Dadima and YSK lost their appetite * they hardly finshed their meal with a heavy heart and Maan noticed that. He realised that how a simple question of her absence hurt d family and how hard it for them to cover up d mess .

All took their dinner and went to their respective rooms . Maan felt very bad and immediately shut him inside his room* he spent a long time in his study thinking about his family who was also facing d tough time like him .

After half an hour Geet rang YSK to meet him and he called her in study. Geet came there with d papers .

Geet: uncle in papers per aapke sign chahiye thy mujhe office mei submit karne hei aur ITR ke liye bhi show kerne hei.

YSK : OK, lao dikhao .

Geet hand over him that folder* he read them and looked at her shocked .

YSK: Guddu ye to rent lease ke papers hei ? tumhe ku chahiye? Aur ye tumne marriage status single ku likha hei?

Geet: I'm sorry uncle, but i didn't have any option * my company paid for my accommodation and it help me in ITR and 2^nd I have to apply for PAN Card so i gave many id proofs for that and mere pass koi marriage proof nahi hei. I'm working in a Swiss Company and they want many proofs for Med insurance and family status if i have any .

YSK understood her prob she was right at her place but all these things were hurting him deep. He signed that lease with a heavy heart and filled d required information .

Geet : uncle every month aapke a/c mei company money deposit ker degi.

YSK : Guddu lekin ye to kaffi amount hei.. 25k ?

Geet: uncle ye pay package ke according hei , sabko milta hei.

YSK came close to her , cupped her face and packed on her head lovingly and spoke with a heavy voice.

Guddu , I'm sorry beta , meri respect ke liye tumhe bahot kuch jhelana pad raha hei * tumhari her jaroorat aur khushi ka khayal rakhna humara ferz hei lekin yahan to hum kuch bhi nahi ker pa rahe hei * tum kuch bhi humse nahi leti sirf de hi rahi ho beta.

Geet: Please essa matt kahiye uncle * aap ku sorry bol rahe hei ? Aapki jagah koi aur hota wo bhi shayad yahi kerta * aap ki to koi galti nahi thi ussme* Please aap sorry matt boliye aur mei meri life jee rahi hu.

YSK: U r a god gift for us beta * pata nahi wo kab samjhega?

Geet felt uneasiness and excused herself to go * she didn't want to talk about him. She bid GN and YSK blessed her .
