She came out and went to kitchen ,, prepared two coffee ,, pour them in mugs and came out. She put d tray on side table and tapped on Maan's shoulder to wake him up. He opened his eyes lazly and found Geet was sitting on d edge of his bed with a smile.

Geet: Good Morning.

He smiled and replied her,, indeed this was a very GM for him coz his day was going to start with his Sunshine. He went to washroom and came back in few min ,, they had d coffee together and Geet told him to get ready to meet d labours ,, he nodded and said that first he has to make some arrangement fot BF and went out.

Geet came to labours huts which were spread along d boundry wall of d project site. Many labour families gathered there to talk to her ,, She talked to them almost one hour ,, she adviced them and assured them for their surety of work . She came back after one and half hour ,, Maan was waiting for her ,, he was ready for his office and a servant was working in d kitchen.

Maan: where were u? Go n Get ready .

Geet stood there crossing her arms on her chest and gave him a glare ..

Geet: Get ready... Kaha to esse rahe ho jaise sab mere samne rakha hai. Kya pahanugi ,, kuch bhi to nahi hai ? (she pouted)

Maan: kya chahiye tumhe? Mai deta hu na ,, bolo.

Geet: Pattey chahiye lapetne ko ,, laao tod ker ,, Mai deta hu huhh.

Maan: Nahi unhe to Bhed-Bakri kha jayengi Geet wo nahi, kuch aur bolo.

Geet: M a a n ,, mera majak udaa rahe ho? ( she smacked him)

Maan: Tum esse bologi to kya kahu ,, ( he laughed ) OK, sorry ,, aaj adjest ker lo ,, next time dhyaan rakunga. Chalo BF karo ,, fir office chalte hai.

They were taking their BF and Geet informed CS that she may be late so adjest her meetings if someone came there.

Geet: Maan ...

Maan: hummm bolo Geet

Geet: Maan i assured labours to gave them some benefits for their families without asking u. If u won't like to bear that expenditure then i'll bear that ,, it's like a charity. Your Dadima is running an NGO ,, she can do it if she want ,, it was just for their health and job surety.

Maan u need labours for ur projects and they need work to survive ,, unke paas aaj kam hai lekin kal nahi hoga ,, apna proj pura hone ke baad tumhe unse koi lena dena nahi ,, agar tum unhe apne next proj mei kam dene ki guarantee de do to wo uss leader aur sub contractor ka sath chod saktey hai,, Tum ek labour officer ko appoint kerke inse kam le sakte ho. At least next one proj tak ka hi assurance de doge to kaffi hoga ,, all most 2-3 saal to unhe kam ki chinta nahi hogi.

Kya tum essa ker saktey ho? she looked at him for a reply.

Maan was looking at her and listening her carefully ,, he thought for some min and nodded at her in a yes. She beamed and thanked him.

Geet: Ab tumhara kam nahi rukega ,, uss kal ke leader ki setting mai ker dungi ,,, tum samne mat aana ,, u don't worry for that, OK.

He knew her capability ,, apna jadoo chala diya issne labours aur unki families per ,,, isse kaun Na kahega. He smiled and nodded in a yes. They came out and there were many labours to talk to him. he asked their demands and some of them put their requirements in front of him ,, Maan found out some more fects about leader and sub contracter. He put his conditions also and they agreed with that. Maan assured them for next proj but there will be a prosses . Geet too assured them to give basic health facilities for their families. They happily agreed with her and thanked her. Labour went to their work and after some time that union leader came for meeting. Geet stopped him outside.

Geet: Mr ***** aaiye aapse kuch baat karni hai.

Leader: Ji Ma'am , kahiye ,,,

Geet: to aap union leader hai ,, aap yahan kam karte hai kya? Inn majdooron ke sath?

Leader: Nahi ma'am , hum to office mei baithtey hai ,, labours ke rights ke liye ladtey hai inn bade businessmen se.

Geet: Yahan ki labour ne aapko select kiya hai kya apne liye?

Leader: Hum to sab jagah per khud jate hai,, area bata hai.

Geet: Aap yahan kam nahi karte ,, yahan ki labour ne aapko bulaya nahi ,, to aap jabardasti ku apni tang yahan ghussa rahe ho ? hmm . Tum bina bulae yahan aaye hi ku?

Leader: ma'am hum labours ke benefits ke liye hai ,, unhe kya pata unko kya-kya milna chahiye malikon se . Hum labour union hi to unke haq ke liye ladti hai ,, warna unhe kaun puche? ( he came in his leaderee mod)

Geet: Mr*****jyada josh mei mat aao ,, tumhara kaccha chittha mujhe pata chal gaya hai ,,, aur agar jyada bole na to paida hone se leker ab tak ki saari Janamkundli 10 min mei tumhare samne rakh dungi ,,, Apni dukaan yahan se uthao aur kahin aur jaker lagao,, Samjhe . Ya fir Police walo ke tarike se samjh wa du?

Poor leader turned white with this threat ,, he didn't have a good reputation and tried to trouble contrectors to threat them for strike and provoked labours also. They tried to fetch money from contractors to avoied the prob of strike.

Geet: Aaj ke baad iss taraf dekh bhi mat lena ,, samajh gaye,, ab niklo yahan se ,,aur agar tumhe kisi labour ke aas-pass bhi dekha na to tumhare liye accha nahi hoga.

Labour leader run away from there and Geet came in maan's office ,, he was busy with his proj manager and sub contractor ,, Maan excused him and told her to have a seat ,, she said in reply that his work had done and he could do his work without any hurdle. Maan and d manager thanked her for her support.

Geet: Now i've to go ,, some meetings r line up for me.

Maan: Geet i need to talk u something.

Geet: please abhi nahi ,, eve mei ya kal ,, jab bhi time mile. Sorry.

Maan: it's OK Geet, i'll ring u and thanks again.

Geet: OK bye ,, see u soon and rush out to go. She came back home and got busy with her work ,, attend 2-3 meetings and read some case files. It was late evening when she came out from her study and went to patio to sit in d fresh air. She was sitting there and thinking then something strike in her mind. She contact Pandey Ji and ordered him to find a trusted man as a bodyguard who could drive d car.
