Next day it was Sunday, Mohan and Jagan were at home enjoying their holiday, completely unaware that tempest was stepping in their little princess's life so fast.

Panna had come to meet Geet. As she had promised her, she was properly prepared for making out the truth of Geet life. Geet was eagerly waiting for any word Panna would bring out from her mouth, which would become the sole source of knowing her past. She was nervous as well.

"Panna, what will you do?''

"Geet look, what I have brought' she showed a walkie-talkie set.

"Now give me your chain'

Confused Geet gave her chain.

"Now come with me''

Panna dragged Geet with her to Mohan room. Men were together inside, discussing on something when they heard quarrel outside of room. Both Geet and Panna were arguing on something. They came running to see them.

"Panna this chain is mine, give it back to me!!!!''

"But Geet I'm your best friend, can't you give it me for few days!!!''

"No I won't!!! It's mine''

Looking at Mohan, Panna rushed to him taking chain in hand,

"Uncle see .. I want to wear this chain but Geet is not giving me. You tell na her Uncle, it's so beautiful. I want to borrow it for few days but she is denying!!''

"No Baba it's mine, I'll not give this to anyone. You himself had given me this now I would not letting it go!!!'' Geet cried giving complaining expression.

"Let me see once, what for you both are fighting?'' Mohan laughed on their childish fight, not knowing they were just faking this argument to ensnare him.

"This one Uncle'' Panna rushed to Mohan. Mohan found the chain known, somewhere he had seen it but where, he could not guess.

"See Uncle, it's beautiful, wait I show you wearing this'' saying Panna started putting it in her neck when suddenly Mohan thundered,

"Stop panna!!!!''

The girl stopped, she started staring him with widen eyes along with Geet, who was mute viewer of this drama till now,

Mohan snatched chain from her, his gaze fell on that yellow metal so furiously like it would be turned into ashes in very next moment itself.

"Where did you get this!!!!'', words came out in very wild tone from his mouth and that forced girls to breathing heavily in fright.

"Tell me Geet where did you find this chain!!!'

Geet herself was so frightened to reply out. Both girls remained unmoved in mute horror. It helped Mohan to bring his anger on extreme. He just wanted to break that chain when Jagan hastened and stopped him from doing this.

"What you going to do Mohan.. !!''

He snatched chain from him and attended toward girls,

"Geet beta, you go and study in your room''

Geet and Panna nodded. They walked for a little when Panna saw Jagan was taking Mohan inside, she hastened to them, followed inside room and stopped near door.

"What happened Panna?'' Jagan asked

"Uncle I'm sorry'' she walked toward table and kept one phone (Walkie Talkie) there, hiding it behind a thick book. "I will never do this again''.. She said she was sorry. Jagan melted looking her and he lovingly smiled and said her to go back and play with Geet. She runs back.

In Geet room, Geet was impatiently waiting for Panna to come back and when she came, both closed door behind and hopped on bed and fixed their ears toward the another phone, without making any sound.

"What was that Mohan, why you were shouting, you should have controlled your anger, she is just a child, she doesn't know anything''

"Then what would I do Bhaiya,, how much I tried my daughter to keep away from her past, it again and again coming back , I am afraid bhaiya I cant bear to see her suffering again, cause of other's deed''

"Nothing would happen Mohan , you keep faith in God. You have come so far from past, now nothing can drag you there again. Just forget about that marriage and everything that had happened in innocence, and anyway Geet has become big enough now, if something happen again like you fearing, then I'm sure, our daughter can handle this bravely, you have given her those strength Mohan, just trust over your child'

I trust bhaiya.. I trust on my Geet but I can't trust on her fate. It always had tried to bring her past before her. I know that occurred in innocence but how can you forget that her same innocence forced her to suffer earlier'

"I know Mohan but you are forgetting that now you're no more that old Mohan from village now, you and your life have changed completely now you're able to give your daughter a better life

"No Bhaiya.. you are forgetting, this life also had been given by Maan's grandfather. It was a deal that my family, my Geet can live in peace until we banish even the name of his grandson from our life. I know his decision was not wrong, he wanted to save his family name. He could not join his Maan name with my Geet, a girl from village, a middle status family like us. Any father would do that but I also know Bhaiya, I'm sure, if the past repeat again, this life would not be worth living anymore. He will snatch everything from us Bhaiya, I am very weak before his power. I can't give any chance to Geet to know about that marriage even if we have given it a name of game''

Geet and Panna were shocked to know the truth. Geet was not able to grab the truth that so much had hidden in her past. The reality that the life she was living cheerfully was a deal with Maan's grandfather, and if she takes any wrong step, everything could be taken away by him.

"Mohan, will you answer of my one question?'

Jagan touched the dropped shoulder of his younger brother. Mohan looked him with tear filled eyes,

"Mohan, I know everyone says this marriage was just another game which Geet and Maan played in their innocence, or some say they truly got married. But I want to know what you think? If someday Maan himself comes and ask for Geet hand, will you agree for this marriage''

Geet breathing stopped, room became more silent to hear what Mohan replies. She wanted to know her father thinking about her deed, which she already knew, what it was. It was like she was waiting for the judgment, going to be announced which would decide her future, her entire life got depended on his one word, he would state. It felt like her fate was about to draw on her palm and she had to walk on them silently, without any complain. She clutched her thudding heart,

Mohan was in deep thought like his memories were traveling upon earlier days then he smiled.

"You know Bhaiya what I think. I would be the luckiest father-in-law if I would have got son-in-law, in Maan but I know it can't happen even if I spend lives wishing for it. He is that big Sun Bhaiya whose shine brightened our life but ever if we would try to hold him, his flames would burn us alive. His name, his fame is those flames which would not leave my Geet unaffected, if she tries to get closer and I can't see her life turning into ashes ''

Geet stopped the phone to say more. It was enough to know and handle what she heard and her Baba thinking, made her feel cry. Her timid heart was not able to control this influence, which caused her to burst in tears. Panna wanted to console her with she herself was caught with lack of words. She had to leave finding dark outside. Geet left alone with her veering life.
