She wake up early with d chirping of birds and light ,, d window have no curtains so room was well lit with d morning beams. Geet got up , looked around and found a door in side wall ,, she went and opened that , it was an attached washroom , unused from years , lots of dirt and cobwebs were there. She checked taps and found that working ,, a big relief for her. She washed her face and came out from the room ,, she looked around to find d way to go down and find her bag and purse in d corridor ,, she took that and came back in that store and keep that on bed ,, take out her belongings and went to that washroom ,, she took bath with great difficult coz of dirtiness and came out in her casual dress , a simple salwar- suit. She collected all d jewellery , dresses which Dadima gave her and came out of that room ,, she came down and entered in living room which was empty after looking here n there she saw a servant near kitchen . she went there and asked about Dadima's room ,, he showed her d way and she knocked at d door.
Dadima : Come in Nakul.
Geet opened d door entered hesitantly and wished her GM. Dadima was surprised to see her there , she looked at Geet puzzled.
Geet: Dadima ye jewellery and dresses hei jo aapne diye thy. She kept all things on bed near Dadima.
Dadima: Beta ye aap hume ku de raho ho? ye sab aapka hei , aap apne pass hi rakhiye.
Geet: I'm sorry Dadima , isme kuch bhi mera nahi hei, mei nahi le sakti aap inhe apne pass rakhiye. Dadima ye mere liye nahi bane thy , kisi aur ke liye thy aur dusro ki koi bhi cheej mei nahi le sakti .
Dadima mujhe aapse aur uncleji se kuch baat karni hei ,, sab se ek sath ho jaye to accha hei lekin please Maan ko matt bulana, please.
Dadima understood her point ,, Baat to karni hi hogi ,, ab pahale jaisa to kuch nahi hei ,, uss waqt to jo theek laga wo ker diya lekin ab sab clear kerna hoga hi.
Dadima: Theek hei , aap baitho yahan , hum sabko bulate hei.
Dadima called all in her room ,, with in min Dev,Annie and YSK were there in Dadima's room. All r looking at Geet curiously ,, no one could say that she was a just married girl ,, she was in her casual salwar-suit , her head was covered and neatly wrapped with a stole, without make-up ,, only lil vermilion was visible in her hair parting ,, she stood up from her place ,, all sat there on sofa and Dadima's bed.
YSK: Guddu i knew u have many Q and u r feeling very uncomfortable , i'm sorry for that.
Geet was touched with Dadima and his care and affection ,, they r not wrong at their places and she can't accused them for anything ,, they did everything only for their family's respect which was on stake , they were helpless like her, but she has her own life which was badly affected by all this mess. She was very confused about her future.
Geet: Uncle , Dadima , ye sab ku hua mujhe nahi pata ,, uss waqt aap sabne jo kaha meine ker diya lekin ab aage kya kerna hei? Mere pass sirf aaj ka din hei ,, kal se mera College hei aur uncle aap jantey hei mei hostel mei rahati hu . mujhe aaj eve nahi to TM morning jana hoga wapis hostel.
All were listening quietly , she was right at her place,, they can't force her now. She brought them out from a disaster and now they have to think for her. Shaadi bhi ho gai aur unka maan - samman bhi bach gaya ,, lekin ab kya?
Dadima: Guddu, beta hum jantey hei ki ye bada mushkil hei tumhare liye , lekin shaadi to hui hei na aur ab ye hi tumhara Ghar hei. Tum agar yahan nahi rahogi to hum logo ko kya jawab denge?
YSK: maa is right beta, kuch compromises to karne hi padenge,, tum ab hostel mei kaise raha sakti ho? jaise Annie college jati hei waise tum bhi yahan se ja sakti ho ,,hum sab arrangements ker denge tumhare liye.
Geet was feeling very uncomfortable ,, kaise kahe wo apne aur unke bte ke beech ki baat ? Ye shaadi dono ke liye ek dikhawa thi ,, kaise kahu ki na wo mujhe bardast ker sakta hei aur na mei usse.
Geet: Dekhiye mujhe nahi pata aap kaise react karenge but mere liye aur aapke bte ke liye dono ke liye ye badi tough situation hei. Meri chodiye ,,, he was badly hurt and humiliated , please try to understand his condition. I request u please don't say him anything regarding this mishap and marriage. He did this unwillingly ,, today he was suppose to be with a different girl with lots of dreams and plans for their future, but now nothing is like that. Aap unki jagah per khade hoker sochiye ki wo kis situation ko face ker rahe hei ,, We can't face each other ,, please don't take it wrong ,, it was quite natural and i'm helpless , please .
YSK: I'm agree with u , we won't force u ,, but u have to live here beta not in hostel .
Geet: Uncle mere aapke bte ke saamne rahana theek nahi hei ,, mere samne rehane se wo iss haadse ko nahi bhool payenge,, please , give him some time to come out from these dreadful memories..
Dadima: nahi beta halat ko bhi undekha nahi kiya ja sakta ,, sacchai ko to ek din accept karna hi padega na ,, hum samjhte hei waqt lagega, lekin tum yahin rahogi bas.
Geet: then i'll live in a different room ,, away from him and please don't force me on this.
YSK: OK , jaisa tum theek samjho ,, we won't force u .
Then Geet requested to Annie and Dev not to talk about her in the house and specially in front of him . They agreed with her,, first they were not liking her but now after listening her views their mind changed ,, she is not bad like Sameera and most importantly their Dad likes her and trusts her.
