UNFAITHFUL
SUN sets and its light going dim. She removed his hand from her and come out of his embrace and start searching her clothes. He too awaked and trying to stop her but she get frustrated and speedily wear her clothes. This was not today's matter,it happens from past one month. Whenever she intimate with him,feel of guilt rosed in her. But still she doesnt know why she give up herself to him everytime he approch her. Several time she wants to end her meaningless and loveless life. But he came as a cold breeze in her lifeless life. She went to her mansion to her kids. Yes only for her kids because her husband have no time for his family. In past 7 years of their marriage they hardly met to each other. They get married just for sake of their parents wish. The day they get married she only spend that whole day with him only. After that he only gave his time to his bussiness only. Mostly he was on a business trip. She hardly remember when last he touched her. Or can say only glance her. They having two children, Aayush 6 year old and Khushi 3 year old. But Maan hardly know them. He dont even available at the time of their birth,busy in making money and expanding his business. Geet only waits for him,still she fails to get his appointment. Yes appoinment,without that he doesnt met with anyone. She doesnt remember when he talk with her last time because from last 8 months he was continusly on his business trips. Sometime for one month,soetime for few days. But his one foot stayed in his office and another on his business trips. This marriage brings only wait for her. She was fed of her life and may end it so early if she doesnt have Aayush and Khushi in her life. She is craving for his one sight only but that one is too not meant for her. Destiney play its game and Dev came in her life accidently. The day he came,he make her float with him. His smile, his charm, his talk everything make her weak in front of her. He filled her lonliness with his love. Love or lust whatever that was,but she start finding solace with him. His passionate touch, kisses and dominace over her make her losting herself in him. She forget everything when he was with her. Today she again give herself but somewhere feeling of cheat burdened her soul. She cursed herself at her weakness but her solitude forced her to go to him again and again
The moment she arrived she saw Maan was sitting in a hall area in her wait. For the first time he was waiting for her. She get struk and her all nerves turn freeze. Remorse of her affair rosed several time higher. How she can face him now and what she tell him from where she coming of. Her mind asked again and again. Maan only gazing her and she felt as his gaze piercing her soul. Before he asked anything from her she herself gave an excuse of having a time spend at friends place. Maan only gave a weak smile to her because he himself felt guilty for taking his family for guranteed.
Luckily he arrived early and his son Aayush came and hug his leg with a wide smile on his face. Maan view this for the first time as his busy shedule not allowed him to spend even a single min with his family.
'dad pls tell me about youself',he asked quickly because he knew his dad was the most busiest person.
'what you want to know about me son?',Maan replied shockingly.
'everything because except your name i didnt know you.',He revealed innocently.
'then why dont you ask from your mother?',Maan enquired.
'i asked but she also dont know anything about you.',his innocent conession shaken his mind. He was right,even in their marriage of 7 years thhey dont aware of their likes and dislikes. Who they can. Maan's passion for his bussines never allowed him to do so.
'dad why you dont come on my any birthday party? Dont you like me?',Suddnly Aayush simple question make him shut. He dont have any answer to this. Not only Aayush's birthday,Maan avoid almost all spl ocassion of their life. He never celebrate any ocassion with his family. He just dont even remeber the date of birth of his childeren.
Maan said sorry to him and may be this was enough for a small kid but somewhere he realized how much he ignore his family and Geet doesnt monify with a single word. He ignored her all wishes dilebrately. In past 7 seven years they dont even spend 7 days together. Aayush and Khushi's birth was luck by chance. Both were not planned. it just happen as he got some time and they share intimacy. But Maan never tried to express anything,coz he never feel its requirement. They just physicaly come closer and parted after that.
Today Aayush's question divert his thinking towrds his family. They need him too like his bussiness. In order to mend his mistakes he organised a spl dinner for both of them. When she done Maan tell her about their dinner date. Geet get stunned but she denied completely.
'pls Maan its too late now,or bachho ko subah jaldi school bhi bhejna hota hai.',she said coldly without glancing him and moved to her kids room first. She loved them and then moved to change her clothes. Maan doesnt like her denial as he do so much for dinner but what to d now.
In their room when she came after changing her clothes,Maan went closer to her. She was combing her hair and he hugged her from backside. He placed a kiss on her shoulder and nuzzled on her nape slightly. Geet felt unusual uneasyness in her body. She felt as he was someone unknown to her. Moreover her guilty of betraying him burns her. Emotionaly she is weak and cant handle this all together. She burst out in frustration and freed herself from his grip.
'Maan pls i am tired',she said annoyingly and moved to her bed. She laid and clenched her eyes. Maan's doesnt like her behaviour but somewhwere he realize his mistake too. He wants her today. Wana spend time with her but she aint in a mood. Maan calmed himself and thought of mending this. 2 more days passed like all days and weekend come. For the first time Maan take off from his work to gave that time to his family. He stayed at home and played with his children. Whole mansion was filled with their giggles but Geet aint so happy. Dev's continous calling diverting her mind to him. She wanna go to him as she getting addicted of him,but Maan's presence doesnt allowed him. Whole day passed and she wont be able to made an escape. Maan noticed her and found her diferent. She was not her like before. He felt as she was someone else. She was not his Geet. Whenever he touched her or trying to get prox with her,she made an excuse and moved from there. Maan's mind doesnt except her changed behaviour and wants to know the reason.
For next two days he wont go office which very abnormal but Geet struck with him at home. She felt happy for her children who atlast enjoyed fatherhood,but Dev's calls divert her mind and make her uncomfortable. Maan obserevd her every gesture which aint same like before. Before this she was very calm never get hyper but in these days,she shout on him several time. Maan calmly take her all screams as he knew he was at fault too. Geet was tormented by the situation. She knew her deeds were wrong and after seeing her children happy with Maan she realized what she is doing actually. Her family's happiness is this only.
Her frozen sences now sclods her for her betrayal. Whatever the reason was but what she do is also not justified. Maan is her husband,her children's father. Only he had a right to touch her,love her used her. How can be she so mean to gave this right to someone else. The smile on her childeren's face,she noticed in past days was for Maan only. He is her true happiness. Then why she is fooling herself. Just in fit of madness and intoxinated by her physical desires,she commit a grave mistake. She knew what kind of a man he is then why she shoulnt control herself. All these thoughts increasing her pain and turmoil. From past one month she is flowing in this madness but now its all over. She decided to met Dev,just for last time to end this madness finaly. She called him and fixed to meet him. He was very excited for her as he is getting use to of her.
Geet was on time. Watching her he hugged her but this time she doesnt make any respond. Rather she coldly greeted him. Dev felt her unesyness and asked for the reason. Tear drop rolled on her soft cheek and without a blink she said,''its all over now''.
Dev doesnt expect this from her. He grasped her and puled to him. He glared her and asked the reason. Geet apolozise. She doesnt have much to say.
Dev was screaming on her when Maan enters inside. Both turn stunned. Geet's eyes open wide with shock. She never had imagined that she caught by him,had on the day when she came to end all this. Maan get suspecious about her behaviour so keep his eyes on her without letting her know. Today he wont go office and let him follwed her to find out the truth. Geet glance in his blank dark eyes and understood that he overheared them. She knew now all is over. Maan without uttering a word went from there. Geet ran behind him follwed by Dev.
All 3 reached to KM. Maan was standing silently in a hall. Geet's eyes pouring tears. She knew there is no sorry for her now,but his silence killed her more.
She had no courage still she tried. She touch his shoulder with her trembling hands,'Maan pls dont stay silent like this? Gunah to mujhse ho chuka hai or mujhe pata hai uski koi maafi b nahi hai. To pls aise chup reh kar mera gunah or mat badiye. Sirf itna bta deejiye mere gunah ki saza kya hai?',she doesnt asked for mercy bescause she knew she was at fault.
Maan's eyes spitting fire and he was burning inside. How could she do this to him. He is only thinking about her deed and wants to take decision. After few mins passed he opened his closed eyes and glance both and Dev. She was digging in her guilty. Her teras were not fake.
'Geet i am the no one who gave u any punishment. I know in sab me jitni galtim tumhari hai uske liye kahi na kahi zimmedar main bhi hu. Main tumhe tumhare hisse ki khushiyan nahi de paya. Lekin ab or nai. Geet jab tum mere sath khush nai ho to is rishte ko dhone ka koi matlab nai banta. You have a full right to live your life in your own way. Isliye agr tum iske sath kush ho to main tume divorcee dene k liye taiyaar hu. Lekin mere bachhe mere paas rahenge',Geet turned shocked with his decision. How easily he said that he is going to end this relation. Though they never share great momnets but still she dont have a courage to end all this. Now she realized what is more important for her. Meanwhile Khushi came from her school and seeing her mother she cling to her. Wrapping her small arms around her neck she showered her love to her mother.
'Geet itna kya soch rai ho ab to Maan ne b izzzazat de di hai. Azad ho jao is bandhan se or chalo mere sath.',Dev forcing her to make her mind for him.
Geet hold Khushi more firmly and shout loud,'NO'
Both Dev and Maan looked at her in amusement. She repeats again and again.'i am not going to divorcee Maan suna aap dono ne. Mana mujhe galti hui hai or iske liye chahe Maan mujhe zindagi bhar maaf na kare mujhe koi gila nai lekin main is rishte ko khtam sirf apne marne k baad hi karungi. Ha main manti hu mere kadam behak jarur gaye the lekin maine kabi tumse pyar nai kia Dev. Aaj subah bhi main tume yai smjhna chahti thi. Humare rishte ki koi neev hi nai hai. Maan ne bhale hi mujhe kabi pyar na kia ho,lekin humare rishte ne mujhe ye do khoobsurat tohfe diye and i cant lived without them. Aayush or Khushi meri zindagi hai,nai jee paungi main inke bina. Suna aap dono ne main divorcee nahi dungi or na tumhare sath jaungi. Its all over. I was in sleepl of madness but now i awaked and i know what i want exactly.',she hugged her daughter more firmly anr ran to her room. She locked herself with khushi.
Maan and Dev both have nothing to say. She told her decision. Dev left with heavy hearted but truth can never change. Geet had made her choice. Maan falls down on couch and leave Geet alone for some moment.
In night when both Aayush and Khushi went to sleep,Maan came to her. Geet's eyes paniced again. Fear of loosing her children were clearly visible in her alomnd eyes.
Geet joined her hands before him and apolozise again.'Maan i am sorry. I know i am Unfaithful to you but pls dont parted my children from me. I cant live without them.i know i am not a good wife and only deserves your hatered but dont parted me from youself.', tears pouring from her eyes,refleting her grief,pain and remorse.
Maan steped more closer to her and hold her hands. He kissed them and make her astonished.'I m sorry Geet. I never realize how much pain i gave u in past 7 years. How much you and my both kids suffer due to my ignorance. I am sorry Geet for never bothering your feeling and make our relationship nothing more than a mock. Whatever is happned its not alone your fault,its mine too. I admit i never tried to care about your feelings. I even dont know the bith dates of our children. I am sorry Geet to make you suffer from past 7 years and make you wait for me only. Geet i know i never admit it and i think that was my biggest mistake. I love you Geet. I love you so much. Now i realize what you and our kids are to me,when i was on the edge of lossing you.',For the first time Maan confessed his love towards her. His voice turn hoarse. He wants to mend all the thing went wrong and to gave a new start to their life. She overwhelemed with his confession. Those three words which she always craving for now he confessed to her.
A weak smile came from tears and she hugged him anticipetedly. Maan embraced her tight. Both's warmth soothing their pain.'Maan but i dont deserve you now.',she said while weeping.
Maan loosened the hug and wiped off her tears. He kissed on her forehead.'Geet nothing is happened ok? Bhul jao ki pichhla ek mahina kabi humari zindagi me aaya b tha. Geet cant we started it all again? A new begining to our lives with our kids.',He said contendly,having a great confidence in his deep dark eyes. She nodded yes and he filled her in his embrace again.
In her intoxination she commit biggest mistake of her life,but his Love bring her back to him. Any relationship can exist only on two things LOVE and TRUST. If any of them loosen its grip other will leaft automaticaly. Both were go hand in hand. Maan was on the edge of loosing her. But his little trust and love bring her back to him. He gave her a chance and life turn beautiful to them. Every relationship needs time and care. Care and respect for each other. If that he shows earlier then they never face these kinds of incident. But still they come out of it. Now Maan turn more concious towards his family and gave equal time them tooo. Geet is too trying to overcome and Maan's love helping her to get out of it. Thats is called relationship...
