One of the reasons I liked this chapter was mention of Hisar,Haryana. Rare isnt it? I am from that area only.

Tweesha-Geet part was warming. I could feel the affection.
Liked bus scene too. But I frowned when she said even if I push you away harsher each time? Why o why? Is the reason that big? But still I liked her confession sort of line.

And yes I loved your interlude. But I think Geet was 2-3 lines long. Sort of ununderstandable. I was like doesnt Maan have to see Laasya in that condition?

And thank God, you are not leaving. I thought you were after reading thanksgiving part :D :D.

Stirred indeed! You already know how beautifully you write & each time I repeat it here. Yet I loved this stirring, shifting in emotions & contemplation about the possibilities. 👏

He was trying to contact Vicky so he too would know about 'HIS' mother's condition but why not yet it is 'THEIR' mother. He is stirred no doubt but yet needs awakening form the strong avoidance he's trying from actually trying to see the other dimension of it all.

He still feels love for her, his concern shows that his raised heartbeats & panicked state shows that. What I've understood now is that try as much as he may or even chant it again & again aloud and to self yet within the confines of his soul & heart he does love her, its just that he's hurt of her doings which according to hsi perspective was wrong on her part being a mother & also that he's upset that she took such long to confront him or to get to the reason of his behaviour... did his mother didn't feel the need to ask him why was such coldness & aloofness dished out towards her by her own dear son.

The amulet & the tiny tinkling embellishment was so symbolic. His so called 'That girl' binds him to her in an unseen link to her & to all things he tries running from --- attachment & bonding and mainly love.

The scene which formed a beautiful picture of the two women who come to occupy his mind was splendid! It showed what he's somewhere missing, his loss is somewhere someone's gain.

A few words of others loss & own follies; and perfect picture of unknown bonding he fears tainting caused the desired & needed stirring. 👏
