Tanvi Khurana Mathew stood with her arms crossed, and her lips drawn into a full smile at the sight of the girl who had been sitting in the swing, humming slowly, more like a lullaby to the little monster who was sleeping with his head on her lap. Tanvi marvelled at the beautiful picture they painted, the girl and her very own two-year-old son, Rey. With a book in her hand she looked quite occupied, yet her hand that passed gently over Rey's soft hair occasionally told an entirely new tale.

It was surprising to see the little monster lie so peacefully, who otherwise would bring the entire household with all the servants to their knees, but what was more surprising was the immediate liking he took for the girl.

Geet. It was her name, she remembered from the introductions her mother made, and by the affectionate tone her mother used, she knew the girl had stolen a part of her heart.

A small stirring from Rey was all it took for Geet to snap her eyes away from the book she was reading, to pass her hand through her soft brown hair and croon with a gentle voice.

Tanvi saw as Rey mumbled some childish gibber making Geet give a soft chuckle and kiss his cheek with affection.

am i missing anything?? 😕 Why all of a sudden Tanvi is mentioning about "someone" here?? Did she see any of their interactions?? or the way maan stares at her.. or is it tooo obvious that even Tanvi got to knew about their inkling ... or just like Tweesha even she thought Geet is perfect for Maan??
