Part 75

Dadi tried to stop Geet but she did not stop. SD also wanted to go with her but Geet refused. She wanted to talk Maan in alone. Failing SD talked to Madhav and he agreed to let her go but on one condition that she will not be going alone. Geet agreed. She with a officer left after promising Dadi that if couldn't find him in few hours, she will be back home without doing any delay. SD dint want to keep her in risk knowing that Brij is yet not would have been caught.

Geet had assorted feelings that Maan was in botheration, in reflex of everything that had happened earlier. The thought of him being in suffering was making Geet dwell in strange destructions.

"Maan where are you"

She closed her eyes and did pray for him. Every minute was more than a year and after three hours of journey she finally reached the place where Maan could have been found. It was massive place with greenish and forest all around and was tough to find him in it but Geet was ready to take any effort to do this. She had the entirely wish to find him, see him and keep him near her heart. She wanted to hide him in her embrace that nothing vicious could touch him and give him pain. She started to search him everywhere leaving officer let search in another direction.

Maan!!!

She called his name and waited to hear any reply but wind was so thick to be hared anything through it. It was gloomy and it was to rain at anytime soon. She was weak. Her mind and body were still roaming under affect of sedatives but she was fighting against her own will. She was just walking and walking in random direction without any clue and in this term, did lost accompany of officer long ago and now unknowingly, she was all alone on the way to Maan.

At long last, she saw a house. It was huge like a Mansion. She stopped on the entrance. Fear started to come over her but she had no scope but to ask for any help as it had started raining already.

As she was about to ring doorbell her eyes fell on the name-plate where Savitri Devi name was engraved with her husband name. She looked around.

Is it our farmhouse?" She thought as had been hearing through Dadi and Maan many time about this place. Her hope increased enormously thinking might Maan would have come here! Thinking it, she pushed the door and opened it which was already opened care-freely and she stepped in.

She found it was so huge inside that looked impossible to find him in here and it was dark though. She switched on lights finding switchboard and with immense hope, started to search him in every single corner. She ascended stairs and reached to the second floor but Maan was not there yet she did not lose her strength. She reached on top floor where could be seen an extended terrace. She opened the door and her heart sank to see the sight of him.

Her eyes widen in delight when found him there, in front of her eyes stood all worn-out and drenched.

"Maaan' She walked to him but Maan stopped her gesturing from his hand. Confused Geet stared him and his eyes were taking her on toll. He did not let her come to him but did not also leave her view for moment. His eyes had been following her throughout of her every move since the time she had stepped inside and now she was there, in front of his eyes which was the great satisfaction for him.

Maan"

She spoke softly walked to him but Maan moved back. He was not ready to forgive her nor had heart to give her punishment. He was angry on himself for not succeeding in to keep her safe and had anger on her also not to trust on him. His thought was itself, not clear. It was not sure what he wanted to do with her or want from her and in this confusion, he wanted to ignore her. He wanted to not to see her pleading eyes which was hurting him. He turned his back from her. He didn't know was it her punishment or not but was knowing that it was his punishment for sure. Not to see her, not to let her come near and not to let her snuggle in his arms. This was hitting him more than her, but still, he was doing this.

"Maan why are you doing this' Geet spoke helplessly. She was drenched wholly, was shivering in weakness. "Maan if you want to give me punishment please hit me, shout on me do whatever you want but not this. It hurts!' she cried but her tears got blended with rain drops.

"What you did that hurt me too Geet'

"Maan please let me talk once, tell you everything but please you come back. You will fell down Maan please don't do this please!!''

Geet was terrified seeing that Maan was standing on the edge of terrace, there was no railing behind and at any moment he could have fall.

"Why didn't you tell everything when I has asked Geet!! When I was dying to see you in pain, when I was suffering with the thoughts that what made you this much disturbed why didn't you come to talk with me!!!'

"Maan you was not well you was weak and nothing matters more than your health for me Maan!!'

He laughed. 'So you thought I couldn't handle couldn't bear this truth!!! You are so wrong Geet it means, you never knew me, did never understand me. But don't worry jaan, today I will show you that to what extent your Maan can go to prove himself!!!!''

And he starts to move back more and more and with his every step, Geet heart started to sink down in fear..

Precap: Maaannn!!! '' How dare you!!! '' and she slapped on his face...
