You should ask my juniors... most of the times I'm quite lenient and allow them to have their fun even covering up for them in front of my seniors but if I find them making a joke or endangering someone I will make sure they won't dream of even a bit fun for next few weeks... 😡
My patients are my responsibility but yes even my juniors are mine... so will make sure they learn but never put them down in front of our heads... 😉
