This post is for chapter 17. (Because I haven't read 18 yet!)
You know, I always, always adore people like Vicky. They have so many shades to them that are just visible to the near and dear ones. Their personality is the deepest, even though the general opinion is that they're shallow, as in live as the day comes. The words of little Vicky had so much wisdom in them. The condolence he gave to his friend was screaming of the tender heart inside him...

I loved the music piece you put in here. It was so soft and tender. Just the way Tweesha felt at the moment and just like the tender side we saw of Vicky. The concern he showed for Tweesha and the stray pet should've surprised me. And it did, but to a very minute degree because somewhere I might've subconsciously accepted that the ever laughing and fun-poking Vicky did have a soft side to him.

One thing I gathered from this chapter is, all isn't lost yet. There's still hope for Tweety to find her Vicky yet, and maybe more than just her friend this time around!

I really liked the title you gave to this chapter. So perfect for what was in it!
I just remembered, I had once asked you the reason for naming a particular chapter the way you did but you couldn't reply to that one so I'm asking again even if the chapter is old now. Why did you name that chapter Tabula Rasa? I hadn't know the existence of such a term so I did some background check and now I'm curious about your view of the term as the chapter's title. Don't answer it if you don't want to or if in sounding too dumb asking this! 😆

The dream, or correctly the nightmare, reminded me of Palin's 'Beauty' wala Maan's way of getting over the guilt of running someone over with his car. The dream here, too, had a different conclusion than the real one and what brought this dream up, I think, was Maan's inner fear of 'what if I hadn't reached and reacted on the right time?'

But whatever the reason was, the fact remains that he's concerned over Geet. That's what made him go to check on her even when he knew the dream was just that, a dream, and she's alive and safe.

The room, which is supposedly the guest room, has so many memories he holds dear to himself? That's intriguing! I don't think I'll be able to take the secret of four years much more now! Just being dramatic. I'm definitely going to live through and with this! 😆

The music selection again left me spellbound. How do you have such perfectly fitting collection for different emotions portrayed in the story?! This piece was soothing, like relaxing me and letting me shed the worries - just the effect Geet was having on Maan...

Now why has he been feeling regret ever since Geet came in his life? Regret for saving her twice? I doubt it!

Why 'again'? I can get two meanings from it but please clarify it yourself so I'll discard the one I know isn't correct. 😆

He does have some gentlemanliness in him, doesn't he? For not touching - or his conscience stopping him from touching - a girl when she isn't aware. The rest of the chapter, I was all gooey over the man staring at a girl, so I'm not going to elaborate on it or you'll have to put up with me going gaga over him! 😳

Loved, absolutely loved both the chapters. Bother of these chapters had the thehrao in them...
Not going to demand an update right away because you updated two back to back chapters, but I'll be waiting with greedy eyes for more! Thanks for updating Shika! 🤗
