part-12(other side of geet's past part I I)
Rano was discharged from the hospital after two days.Sagar with sameera
in his arms welcomed them .pammi wasn't there as she was least interested
in all what was going there. Sagar showed Geet to Sam n said -See princess.she is ur little sister.
Though Sam couldn't understand any thing but she was happy to see that
doll which was moving her eyes n was smiling too.She touched Geet and
clapped her both hands.then she kissed her.She wanted to take her in her arms.

sagar and mohan were busy exploring new opportunities and it was a routine
to sagar to see geet before leaving home.most of the times Sameera was
with him so she was too getting attached with geet.Pammi some times try to
object saying that it was not good to get attached with a driver's
daughter as we have to follow some rules of the society, but he never gave
his ears to her.pammi sometimes was irritated with it.But sagar always cut
her by saying-Mohan is not only driver to me. He is like my brother n Geet
is like my own daughter . so naver say that again.
In our region it is a custom to keep newly born baby n mother inside the
room for 40 days.For baby it is done to save it from infections n for
mothers it is needed to gain her strength back.
After 40 days were over, sagar asked mohan to bring Geet in to d khanna
house.It was first time that she was coming to him.Mohan brought Geet to
him.Sagar was in his room and he took Geet in his hands.she was looking a
bit grown up n was looking here and there.He was very happy to see her and
he kissed her-Hello my princess.how are u.looking chooo cute.
suddenly his cell rang,he recieved d call and his eyes became wider and
wider hearing to the person on the otherside of the phone.After few minuts
he cut the call n was looking at geet like a dumb.
Mohan was worried seeing him in that condition.he waited for two minutes
but sagar was in same position.
mohan-What happened sir? Is every thing all right?Is there any bad news?
kuchh toh kahiye sir.
Sagar- I don't believe it. how it can be possible.it is a miracle.
Mohan-sir mujhe bahut darr lag raha hai.kya hua hai?
Sagar-The tender which we lost one n half month back is going to be ours.
we got that tender.mohan can you believe it?
Mohan-but how it is possible.tender to ek hi baar khulta hai aur that was
given to malhotras.
sagar-the higher authorities found some loopholes in that bidding.they
came to know that mehta (CGm)of that company is the Partner of Malhotras
in an illegal way and he was the incharge of that bidding too. he leaked
all informations to malhotras and they filled d prices in their tender so
cleverly that it had difference only of Rs 5000 less than our tender.After
knowing all facts they cancelled their contract.As we are d second in
bidding we r getting that contract.
Mohan couldn't believe his ear as he was hearing right or not. he pinched
himself and said-ahh !
Sagar laughed to see him.
Mohan-sir bhagwan ke ghar der hai andher nahin.der se hi sahi par sach ki
hi jeet hui.
Sagar-But Mohan. God has chosen this day for all this when Geet enterd my
house for d very first time.So I give all credits to geet.bhale hi khoon
ke rishte se ye tumhaari beti hai,par mere liye to ye saakshhat LAXMI ka
roop hai.
Sagar took a packet of Rs 1000. notes and moved it all around geet.He gave
them to mohan-Mohan go n distribute sweets in all poor people around this
area and ask them to pray for our geet.
Sameera came there with little steps n sagar took her in his other hand
and kissed her too with all his happiness.He put both girls on the bed and
saw them playing with love
mohan too couldn't believe d luck his daugter got.Jhonpde me paida hokar
bhi rajkumari jaisi kismat lekar aayi thi.
Sagar got ready to go to that company to sign the contract.Pammi though
was happy for sagar but fearing for sam some where.
Sagar worked hard for completing that project.Mohan was always with
him.Sagar earned alot of name fame and money with that successful
complition of project.
When happiness enters with lot of celebrations.sadness too enters with
silent steps from d window.Rano had fever one day n after lot of treatment
it wasn't reducing.mohan was worried for his wife.Sagar asked him to take
Rano to a reknowned hospital for her checkup n there they found that she
was attacked by a unknown virus and was beyond treatment.geet was five n
half months old when Rano passed away leaving Mohan and geet alone in
this world.Mohan wasn't able to think any thing n he was sitting senseless
with geet in his arms who was unaware of her fate and was giving a
toothless smile to every one present there
.
mohan was thinking about Geet.How will he look after this little girl.it
was very difficult to take care of a mother less child.Radha kaki came
forward n asked mohan to give Geet to her She said-Bhagwaan mujhe
ise paalne ka mauka dena chahte the isiliye mujhe be aulaad rakha. Tum
phikar mat karo mohan geet ko main koi kami nahin hone doongi.Mohan gave small geet to Kaki n cried with his full heart.

Time is the best healer of all wounds .Life was becoming normal for every
one .Geet and Sameera were very good friends n sisters too.They were
always together.Some times geet saw Sam sitting in her mother's lap she
too wanted to sit with sam in Pammi's lap but she always ignored her.she
used to show her eyes to geet and the scared Geet always stepped
back.Pammi ordered Radha to keep Geet away when Sagar wasn't at
home.Geet was getting habitual to Pammi's nature so she didnt disterbed
her as she was happy with sam. Sagar got admitted Geet in Sam's school.
Mohan-sir Pls don't do this.there are so many good schools where we can
send geet.Fees of this school is unaffordable to me.
Sagar got angry on mohan and said-Geet ko paida bhale hi Rano aur tumne
kiya hai.par tumse pahle ye meri beti hai.and if you ever said this again
to me ,I m not going to talk to u in my life again.
Mohan couldn't say any thing further.
Geet started to call Sagar dad becuse she heard sameera calling him so
.Mohan wanted to correct her by stopping her but Sagar glared Mohan so
angrily that he shiverred with fear.
Sagar-Do you have any problem if she calls me Dad.uske aisa kahne se tumse uska pita hone ka adhikaar nahin chin jaayega.
that was d day Mohan stopped interfaring between Geet and her dad
though Both girls were having their birthday on same day,Sagar always
celebrated it in his house. Even he used to bring one cake with d name of
Sameera n Geet.both were used to blow candles together and felt happy.
Some in society praised them and some were jealous of their bonding.
Sam and Geet went school together.It was mohan's duty to drop them to
school as well as to pick them from school.In the evenings when sagar came
to home both girls shared their day activities with him.
Sagar used to keep a watch on their studies.When ever he got time he saw
all their school work.He always encouraged them to study with heart.Mohan
always said to Geet to follow her dar'd wishes.Geet always try to fulfill
her dad's wish but sameera was casual in her efforts and no one there to
encourage her like Mohan did to geet.
Geet was of 6 years and Sameera was seven.it Sam's friend birthday and she invited her to her birthday party
Friend-sam it's invitation card for my birthday. this is only for you not
for Geet.
Sam-Why not for Geet?
Friend- Because she is not ur sister.she is your driver's daughter.and the
servants are not invited in our house to celebrate.
Sam-Who told you this?
Friend-Dad told me.
Sam- All right.I too will not come.
That day sam asked pammi about Geet.
Pammi was fearing of this day.she knew sameera will ask one day.but she
kept quiet.
In the evening Pammi explained everything to Sagar but he ignored-pammi.
They r kids.do din me sab bhool jaayenge.
Sam asked Sagar too about Geet but he said-it should not matter to you.koi
kuchh bhi kahe Geet tumhaari choti bahan hai
Next day in school that girl told to other friends about geet and sam's relation
.They all made fun of sam and didn't play with her.
they said-Go and play with ur driver's daughter.
Sam was angry and she stopped talking geet as she was going to loose her
all friends because of Geet. Geet went to play with her but she shouted on her
Geet was scared and sad too.
Now sam avoided Geet at home too.sagar was unaware of all this. though
Geet shared all with Mohan but Mohan asked her to not say anything to dad.
Geet-Kyun?
Mohan- Agar tum dad ko kahogi toh he will scold Sam n she will cry.Will
you like it.
Geet -No.I will not say to dad.
But mohan sowed a seed of feeling of being a daugter of driver in Geet's
heart.he taught her unknowingly to bear Sam's useless acts without any
complaint.
Next Morning Sameera outright refused to go with Geet in same Car,Sagar
tried to pacify sam but she wasn't ready to hear any one.Sagar got angry
and slapped sameera for the first time pammi and monhan were shocked and
mohan requested Sagar to control his anger and said-I will drop Geet today
and pls you drop Sam. she is a kid.She will not understand now and every
thing will be alright soon.
sagar was very sad today. He was feeling that something was changed in
his house. Mohan was too feeling bad but he can't say anything to any one.
Be It pammi,Sagar or sam .He was also finding difficult to explain all d
changes to geet. How will she understand it.
