Part 47

"Savitri ji Maan has got his conscious!!!'' nurse proclaimed

Both Dadi and Madhav rushed to Maan, leaving Dev alone with his rattled mind. He was in so much shock with what exactly happened, he could not accept. How everything had been snatched from him, leaving his life in complete void, without any relation, family, house and money. It was overmuch for him to take on at once. He knelt down on floor deadened and cried..

Maan was in his conscious now was staring his surround with hazed eyes. It seemed so difficult for him to understand, where he was exactly!!

His mind had been occupied by the numerous thoughts which was feeling him alike meaningless noises. There was nothing inside him which could give him any clue of at what had happened with him and why everything was feeling unknown till Dadi appears in his vision.

The minute he saw her coming, his eyes started searching for someone else. He was desperately wanted to see something which he was not able to give name in his semi- awaken mind but felt, it was so special to him.

"Maan Beta!!'' She rushed to him with her tearing eyes and sat beside. She touched his head tried to feel his wellbeing through her palm.

Slowly Maan gained his sense fully and in reply, he smiled, tried to make his old Dadi feel a few pieces of repose.

"Aapne toh humaari jaan hi nikaal di thi Maan!!' she spoke while wiping her eyes. In return Maan smiled but now his search had gone more impatient. He knew whom his eyes were dying to see and that was his Geet..

"Where is Geet Dadi?''

He questioned..

"Dadi where is Geet'' Maan again spoke when found no answer from her. She was so much worried for what to say. She could not say truth and not any lie her mind was able to think.

"How are you son!!!''

Madhav entered in with a doctor.

''Savitriji Geet had just called me that she has reached Mansion safetly'' he spoke while giving a stealthy look to SD.

"Maan she was here for entire day. Just now your Dadi sent her mansion for taking some rest''

Dadi looked madhav with so much regard on which he gave his affirmation.

Maan was convinced because he had nothing to doubt on. But his heart was badly feeling the lack of endurance without Geet. After sometime nurse told them to leave patient alone. They left leaving Maan saying, they will be waiting outside.

"No Dadi you should go home. You're looking so much tired. You go and send Geet. I know she will be worring for me'' while he said this, his mind was occupied with the thought of Geet, being so much tensed and making concerned faces which would make her more delicate and adorable. He wished to touch her endearing face, to take her in his arms, to feel her. He wished he could see her standing there, when first had opened his eyes. "Why you were not here Geet? I want to see you!'' his heart ached..

Geet comprehended it was her dream nevertheless she could feel the presence of him in air. It was his strong impression which did not let her drown again in shower of tears but she was feeling herself secure now. She knew Maan would be there on her every step if she walks. And now she was wanted to take step of her own rescue because she could feel, Maan was waiting for her somewhere on the same path…

The memory of their togetherness did not let her sleep again. She wanted to breathe in fresh air. The old air which she had been living in, was making her suffocating. Getting a wish of walk in fresh air, slowely she opened the door and came out. There was a small open veranda on first floor of haveli where she aimed to go.

While passing from Brij room she heard some noises from inside. With the piece of fear that might Brij could scold her for walking in night, she decided to return back in room. When she was stepping back, Brij shout stopped her legs. It seemed he was talking on phone and was shouting on someone. She felt curious to hear whom he was shouting on!!

She tried to hear through slightly opened window..

(One sided conversation between Brij and his friend)

"Did you find Dev'' Brij shouted

"Good! As soon he comes out from hospital just grab him and ask when he is coming here!! I can't hide from police for longer. He should marry Geet as soon as otherwise problems will increase afterward!!!''

A pair of eyes widen in shock. Geet became stunned what she heard. "Dev .. marry me!!!'' it bedazed her. She clutched her heart tight for not to let it shout loud in disbelief. It was far beyond her imagination which she had cumulated for her brother.

She staggered, hold wall for support not to fall on ground. She had to reach in her room as fast otherwise her suffocating choke might disclose her presence. Being in state of daze she reached to her room and closed door with thud. She was being insane, unbalanced. Everything seemed repressing and suffocating around her. Nothing was in her hands. Everything was faking, cheating on her. She had decided a few minutes before that would not cry now more but here, her eyes were also refused her command.

"No Geet you won't cry!!! You had promised Maan you will not cry!!!!!''

She held bed stand firmly for crushing her tears. It was so difficult, so painful. She tightened hold, let her hand became red to redder in rigid grip. The wooden square stand was piercing in her soft palm, giving it intense hurt but she was determined. She would not cry more, not anymore.

"I will not cry Maan.. I will run!!!! I will find you I will run to you!!!!'' her whimper was screaming.

She fell on ground feeling no pain in her injured palm but had severe ache in her heart. She found herself getting weary with every passing minutes and at end she closed her eyes finding everywhere black had spreaded its realm.

"Geet!!!''

Maan felt a jolt and awoke from his sleep. His eyes became restless in absence of her Jaan. He was feeling restless like Geet was in pain. He could feel something had happened which Geet was not able to handle alone and so his heart was eagerly wanted to support her.

"But why I'm feeling like this?' he was not sure. There was no one he could ask to. He knew if Geet would be alright she would definitely come to see me. "How she could stay home when I'm here. I would have to talk her. I will call her''

He searched for any emergence bell so any nurse could come hearing it. He did not know that someone was watching him secretly. When Maan was going to press bell He appeared

"Bro!!!''

"Dev!!!''

Maan stopped ..

Precap : "What is this Geet?'' Rano asked seeing toward her fisted hand.

"There is hidden the way of my freedom Maa'' she said with confidence
