"Hello" Maan spoke taking the phone, he smiled down as she played with his buttons, his hand mindlessly played with her hair.

"sab teek toh hai wahan?" Akshara asked.

"haan mom. Ghar pe sab teek toh hai?" he looked at Geet as she stood, he held onto her hand as she tried to leave, Geet smiled and mouthed she wanted to get a hot chocolate, mouthing back he wanted coffee he turned back his attention to the phone.

"Haan yahan sab teek hai"

"Aur.. woh" he knew his mother would understand what he wanted to ask.

"Nikki naraz hai ke tum loug honeymoon pe gaye ho"

"Hmm"

"Maan mujhe lagta hai ke nikki ko doctor ke zarurat hai"

"Kyun? Ab koi naya natak laga diya kya?"

"Kya kar rahe ho?" Maan nipped her lobe wrapping his arms around her from behind.

"Mujhe aap ke baare main pata nahi lekin aaj main apne desh ka khana chahti hoon"

"Kyun? Yahan ka khana accha nahi hai?" he looked over her shoulder seeing her mix water in with the flour.

"Khana teek hai, lekin mere liye kaafi pheeki hai"

"oh main kaise bhool gaya, meri teekhi mirchi" he nuzzled her neck.
