I know, I know it's sad, but somehow I have developed this macabre sense of humor, and when you said Brij, I thought of the evil guy in the serial and his death.😈{Even i was thinking {actually feeling same}...for once i want to change the name but could not find any punjabi name.So i used "Brij" itself.Its hard to name the characters sometimes..you know,i have to check the first chapter again to find what name i had given to geet's father...😆}

I have had a long painful history with my periods during my teenage years and remember my father carrying me into the hospital in his arms due to debillitaing pain, so I totally sympathize with Geet's saying, "Its really hard to be a girl." I used to kid with my father,

"Why Baba why, why not a "Y" but a "X" One stupid alphabet and my whole structure changed.🤣{you are too frank with your father...😊}

I think I underrstand Pammi, sometimes grief twists people into ugly caricatures of themselves. They do not allow themselves to heal and fester, because instead of appreciating the blessings that they do have they start resenting that very thing that could heal them. Just as Pammi resents Geet and Channi. On the other hand are Mohinder and Rano, life has not been fair to them either, but they have moved on and learned to accept the inevitable and focused their energy into pouring all their love on ""Chidi."

The sound of "Chidi's", chum chum is a happy sound and suits her name perfectly.

I love this 'cham chamati Chidi'😃{aap sach mein poet ho...😊 you have an artistic streak with words for sure..You somehow make them rhyme..}

Oh those golden teenage days, where you blindly hero-worship idols and want to be just like them.

In my teenage days, I always wanted long hair. But my mom refused to let me grow my hair. Because I had super thick hair, and it was like a thriving jungle in there, full of dark creatures.🤣{oho...😲,,,medikar use karte honge aap phir toh...}

And my aai was the one who always had to take care of those creatures. So, every month aai used to religiously hack of portions of the jungle.😆

Hmm, ab iss Maan ke baare mein main kya bolu. Lagta hain there is one dialogue he will never say and that is ,"Mere paas maa hain."😆

He is just an attention seeking, brilliant BRAT. Don't blame him though, poor thing. Looks like he has recently lost his father, and he needs the reassurance that at least his mother is there for him.

As for the two year age difference betweenn Maan and Geet all I'll say is ,

Age is an equation, that only love can solve.{Kya baat kahi hai parjai ji...👏}

Every update you have written has returned to me a small piece of my childhood. For that I can only love you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

@Palin. I watch Madhubala, on and off, but how is Qubool Hain? Mujhe 4 lions ka koi bhi show dekne se daar lagta hai, kyunki they start out great and literaaly kill it by the time the show is ending. They know how to do gret love stories, but can't handle aur kuch.
