there is lot of difference between maan perspectives and geet's affection. maan has not accepted geet fully ... so, the doubt and such harsh reaction , as soon as he saw her slapping aarav... he didnot wait for any explaination from her... actually looked at her as an outsider. whereas, geet really accepted the family and kids as her own... so, no hesitation on her part either to punish aarav or draw aravi close...she was in a panic mode...which maan failed to notice...
