The Downpour... Part 7

(Some have confusions that does Maan remember Geet? Ans is NO.. he doesn't. It passed about a year time when Maan had an small encounter with her and after that he never looked or met her intentionally so he had no memory for her.

Next confusion is as why Geet fears him lot. Ans is, Geet had been gone through so much because of that sms fiasco. It had effected her mind and heart deeply. she also had been mistaking Maan, her stalker and So she fears him like hell)

Hope now I have done clear everyone's confusions 😊

"Adi what are you doing here?'

Adi was badly palpitating under the incisive gaze of Maan who was waiting for his answer.

"Actually sir… '

"Think Adi think something before Maan sir burn you alive in his anger!!' He thought for a while then got an excuse..

… ' I was waiting for you sir!!! Actually Mr. Chopra wanted to talk you that when will you give him time for next meeting!!!!'

Very sharply he tried to turn Maan attention from cabin that Geet could come out.

But it was not that easy at all!!!

""Hm!! Aur kuch!'

Adi shook head..

''You can leave. I will inform you about it' Maan signed Adi to go and he pushed door with force and closed on his back with coerce, made Adi jumped in terror for Geet. He did a small mental prayer for her and left, giving a disappointed look back to the door.

Geet panicked hearing Maan voice mingled with Adi. Leaving the idea of searching for bag she started to find any place to hide! But found nowhere..And then she heard the door opening. Scaring she just sat down behind Maan's desk clutching her heart closely seemed wanted to even conceal the sound of her heartbeats.

Maan came and settled in his chair. He threw his head back to get comfort and closed eyes. He was tired, wanted to take rest for sometime but had to attend meeting again in a while. Yet he tried to get some repose. Behind closed eyes slowly his ears started to hear some strange sound, like someone's soft breathing. He opened eyes abruptly to see what it was but his cabin was vacant leaving him alone. Thinking might it be his illusion he again closed eyes and concentrated on this sound. It was soothing his stress. Slowly he started to be immersed in it that he felt smell of mild flower touched his nostrils and then toured in his mind, gave him peace of heaven. In semi-consciousness a smiled formed on his lips. He felt his total tiredness slipped down slowly leaving him freshened.

After feeling completely fresh he thought to finish some work. He stood up and went to take some file to opposite direction from desk when something caught his eyes on back of it. He bent to see what it was when he found a hand clutching a white material and then it vanished in behind. His curiosity developed in high.

"Who's there!!' He spoke and heard the same breathing in response but this time it had nervousness. He slowly started headed there, keeping file on desk he was just about to check when someone knocked on door. Maan strengthen himself.

"Actually sir, I wanted to inform you that clients have arrived they are waiting for you in conference room!!'

Adi who had come to give a check on the situation stated everything at once and let his eyes wonder around but could not get any clue of Geet, while Geet was highly terrified and it was becoming difficult to handle for more. She was covering her mouth with hands to keep it silent but with every passing second her endurance was going away.

"Anything else Adi!!!'

"U-h no sir.. I am leaving'

Adi left again worried for her but he could not do anything.

Maan resumed his task. He went behind desk and in a force pulled Geet up clutching her arm that she clashed on his chest all of sudden and with a loud gasp her eyes widen in shock!!

She could not dispute. She was shockingly gazing him while Maan was glaring her in anger which was very obvious on his face.

"What are you doing here?'

Geet could not think for any reply just bent down her face along with eyes.

"I said what you are doing here!! Didn't I have told you to stay away from me!!! But I guess that you are not having any self-respect that could keep control on your wicked wish!!!!!

His voice crashed in strong walls of room and came back like a slap on her face. Her eyes glared him in hatred. She struggled to remove his hold from her arm but he tightened it more. She was having pain yet could not cry though her heart was sobbing internal with his words.

"Leave me!!!'

She commanded which increased his temper. He pulled her closer to him that could not have an inch space for passing air between them.

"What you're doing in my cabin Geet.. Answer me!!!!

His eyes were oozing fire and she was burning in it, turning into ashes.

"I said leave me otherwise!!!!!'

"Warna kya … kya karogi tum haan!!!!!''

His face was dangerously closer to her. She feared that he could hear her rapid heartbeat which was crossing any limit of speed.

"Choriye mujhe!!!!'

She thundered and pushed him back with such force that Maan did fall on his desk thrashing away everything on floor. His anger burst out like a volcano. His face started spitting lava and his body was shaking in fury. Dangerously he jumped on her, grabbed her arm and started to pull her out, dragging mercilessly.

Geet was hell shocked with what occurred suddenly. Everything was so unexpected that she could not get time to defend back. She looked around, everyone was looking her only. Adi came running tried to stop Maan but he had been out of control and he roared to call securities.

Finally Maan left Geet and ordered guards to throw her out when Geet found Asha, was standing among crowd. She waited for her to come and save her but Asha hid middle of crowd and vanished.

Geet was so alone, broken with this circumstances. She could understand Maan behavior thinking he is that way but why Ash did not take her favor, she was amused. She had no way to go back. her bag, money everything was missing and so was her her only friend. She sat in parking thinking might Ash would come and meet her.

Maan was soo shocked with what happened. He had no wish to do this yet everything happened. He never had lost his control over anyone, specially with any female.. then why I lost my patience.

He could not concentrate in meeting and as soon as it finished he hurried back to his cabin. Unnessaily his heart was curing him but mind was opposing. He was disturbed in middle of argument of his heart and mind when Adi knocked and asked permission to enter. Maan composed himself and proceed.

"yes Adi.. kuch kaam tha!'

Adi hesitated but then tried to tell everything what had happened exactly.

"Sir it was not her fault but it was me who had let her steal in your cabin. She was innocent sir'

Adi words increased his guilt. Though he did not want to accept but he was feeling remorse for his act.

"But then why she did not tell anything!!!! Why she was silent!!'' he self thought. He signed Adi to leave and tried to engross in work but his mind was too far away from any business thing but again and again, it was wandering to Geet. He remembered the first meet with her. The way she was staring him…

"Why there was unknown emotion in her eyes? Why I could see something strange!! Was she really drooling on me?? But then why she did fight back when I took her close to me!! Why she pushed me away when I was giving her chance to finish her wish?? Was she really innocent???''

He could not reach on any conclusion just kept thinking about her. Time passed and it became the time for leaving. He came out. Office had been vacant. He took lift and reached down, was to go when found her sitting there yet, alone.

Precap : Maan looked her retreating figure which was running away in heavy downpour and he speed up his car, following her...
