First of all, I loved the title of this FF.
The story was so amazingly written that I simply wanted to read more n more. From the start to chp 46 the writing kept me hooked. Absolutely adored all your characters. The way you portrayed every emotions of every single characters n descried every single scene from first to last, fantastic.
Geet n Maan both endured so much in their past, it was really heart wrenching. Specially Geet's childhood, I teared up every time I read about her past. It was far to painful. Its really amazing that dedpite everything she stood so strong n tried to fight. I felt for her n Rohan. Every single time I read about Geet n Rohan's scene my eyes had watered. Both are really very very strong individually. Its different thing altogether that their past dint made them bitter. Instead Geet just became more compassionate, loving n selfless. At first I thought she wanted to become a Doctor for her ownself but even her it was cos of her Dad. Just cos she dint wanted someone to havd fate like hers. God she is even real?
Maan's past was painful too. It was disheartening to read that he was in guilt for something he actually dint do. But I guess I cant blame him if he punished himself for it for 5 long years cos anyone in his place will blame it all on himself. Specially when the person dying was so close n when his family was getting started in true sense after the arival of his baby. So him losing Armaan-Riddhima n Piyu losing her parents plus Sam being so selfish when he needed someone to hold him, it all just made me blame him all the more. But even he was strong as an individual n I admired him throughout the FF. He might have been living in darkness but then after what happened living life as if nothing happened is definitely impossible, so the way he became a Dad for Piyu n tried fighting with past shadows was incredible.
And I absolutely loved how MG supported n brought each other out of their past. Gave hope n made each other see the light n live again. I loved how their relationship grew so beautifully. It wasnt anything lovey dovey but still I admired their strength n determination to bring the other out of their past despite they themselves hurting within so much. They were strangers but the way they grew so comfortable n started confiding n helping each other out, their friendship, trust, concern, faith; everything was wonderfully written. Their journey was bumpy n full of roller coaster ride but they stood for each other in their tough times n gave their shoulders to cry on. They emotionally supported each other n got through all the hurdles together. Gosh you made me fall for MG with each update. I love the bond they shared.
The whole lawsuit was written brilliantly n very smartly. I was completely on edge thinking whats next n praying to have it all sorted soon. It was depressing to read Geet crying n so sad. Her losing hope n so confused about everything n anything. But despite the ordeal, she had a family to support her n give her all the love, care, strength she needed. When she came to Hampston she was broken n somewhere alone but this case gave her a family of her own. Gave her some old relationships back n made some new n strong ones with Khuranas.
Both Maan n Geet grew more mature, understanding, loving n caring through this case. Their views changed n they became more positive in life n actually started living again in all true sense. Maan started feeling n loving n Geet started to create new memories to let go of all the bitter memories of her past. Both their views changed so drastically making them more stronger emotionally.
Oh and the proposal was simply out of the world. No fancy thing but a true heartlfelt confession that they love each other n how much they mattered to other. How important they are n how imcomplete they feel without the other. I really loved this proposal, felt real n more beautiful.
Even the marriage was on cards n the 46th chp was filled with so much happiness, hopes, dreams n life full with contentment. Simply loved it. MG journey was simply marvelous.
Piyu was the cutest n adorable of all. Her timing was ever so perfect. She time n again made MG embarrassed by her innocent comments. And every time she spoke about MG n made them red, I had only laughed n wanted to pull her cheeks. She was one naughty n mischeivious kid. Knew how to get her things done n her punishment were just like her adorable. I absolutely admire her relationship with Maan n Geet. In fact somewhere it pinched me to know she isnt Maan's biological daughter but nonetheless she always will be his first child. She so easily accepted Geet too. Just in first meet both grew fond of each other. Her finally getting the mother she so desired was such heart warming part. Her asking for a mom on her birthday pinched me but I m so glad that though Maan dint knew how he was going to fulfill his promise to Piyu, it got fulfilled all to natrually.
Dadi's character is awesome too. Her helping Geet n getting her grandson to open up n socialize was really sweet of her. I guess a mothers heart always want to see her children happy. And though Geet wasnt hers, she accepted her so wholeheartedly. I adored too.
Meera was someone beyond a friend. She was actually a sister Geet dint had. Geet was lucky to have such a friend with her who stood by her through thick n thin from the time they became friend. Such lovely characters you wrote.
Rohan was someone who though entered quite late but damm took the cake. His way of getting Walters trapped was messy but I m super glad it worked. Cos of it Geet was off all the accusation n free.
Even Vicky, Yash n Anil Chopra's characters were nicely written n were important in their small way.
Of course the only characters I dispise were Mrs.Handa, Mr.Walters n somewhere Mr.Handa too for the very obvious reason that he couldnt take a stand against his wife. Somewhere he is responsible too for Geet n Rohan's troubled childhood. They were separated when they needed each other the most. I wont say Geet n Rohan are unfortunate rather their mother was one for having missed such lovely n beautiful kids n human beings in her life.
Just wanted to ask, is this FF ended on part 46? I m quite confused. I felt as if there is more to this FF may cos we dint get a Epilogue.
Anyways, I have enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed reading this one FF. Thank you for this amazing piece of writing.
