HI ,

I am actively into stocks in US Market I dont know much about UK market but My suggestion for your Stocks is
1.Study the stock means continuously follow it for 2-3 months and pull out the day to day averages,50 day/200 day averages for the stock ----Mostly the stock will be in the 200 day avg ---for buying and selling.
2.And the most important thing is that if you want to buy/sell 100 units dont buy it at a time. i would say buy 25 when the price is lower and if the price goes down buy another 25 like that... but donnnt buy in a single lottt

And one more thing is PATIENCE ( Sometimes if you buy anything and it goes down for example i bought a stock at 25 USd and it went upto 2USD in the recession ) if you believe in it it will again pick up if you loose confidence then you will end up selling the stock at a loss dont ever do that...and Confidence in the Stock before buying...
