Geet's heart almost stopped listening to the voice that came from behind, maan's grip around her loosened looking at the person coming towards them in slow steps. For geet it was something she never expected, no her mother cant know this dark phase of her life. She would probably die before accepting such truth of her daughter, in no time maan left her and she quickly gathered herself from the shock and smiled at her mother... mama aap soyi nahi? Geet gulped hard and walked towards her mother hoping that she did not listen but least did she know, mother heard every single thing!!

HOSPITAL:

Mr. khurana she has lost her mental balance completely and its high time that we join her in the asylum, but don't worry she will be fine!! Doctor said while geet ran outside the room and sunk on the floor crying, breaking down for the condition of her mother... yeh kya kar diya maine babajii?? Apni maa ki aisi halat banadiya maine?? And then she was picked up by someone protectively into the arms, his heart cried seeing geet that way.

Congratulations Mr. Khurana geet is two weeks pregnant and both are safe bus geet ka khayaal kahiye she seems so weak, probably it was only maan listening to the good news of his life what is there to rejoice now?? She already knows it!! She lifelessly sat on the bed and heard her mother scream out. Unable to stop herself geet ran out to check her mother for once but she didn't recognize her!! Her daughter!!

A WEEK LATER,

She found her mother sitting with few other friends in the open park of the hospital, maan had admitted rano in the best hospital of the town and was given the best treatment. Even though geet and maan moved together back again their togetherness was nothing but just a talk in the morning and evening. Geet would only stay in the hospital, not for once did they speak about the baby but maan always made sure that she had her diet properly. She gave her mother the food she got, rano blinked her eyes and clapped her hands looking at the parathas in the box shouting thank you to her. Geet couldn't hold herself finding her mother so engrossed in eating not recognizing her daughter. She ran into the car to find maan in the back seat, his eyes reflected her pain. Geet did not expect him to come, he did just for her leaving his work. Geet joined him and kissed his face madly, I am sorry maan maaf kardo mujhe apni dukh mein I forgot you lekin aap mere liye yaha tak aagaye I am sorry she said in between the hiccups which came out

Jaan your mom is fine bus kuch aur din she will be fine completely phir hum unko ghar lejayenge I spoke to the doctor. It will take time, you need to be strong right now if not for yourself atleast for our child.

Life was indeed a thorny path for maaneet, geet still used to keep herself busy with her mother while maan just supported her. It was maan's birthday and geet recollected it the night, She felt so guilty for being ignorant, that's when she realized she is not at all bothering him. She thought about everything, since a long time they did not even speak out their hearts, did not share anything ... she was snatching happiness of a father from maan. As those flashes of maan caressing her tummy came back that too when she was sleeping, tears got welled up. His demanding side was something she was missing these days, the warmth which she used to get from him made her crave for him even more.

He threw the overcoat aimlessly in the room and thumped on the bed, next was he felt a hand running on his scalp. Maan smiled and held the hand taking it to be an illusion, as these moments he missed since long. When he kissed her palm, he opened his eyes to find geet staring at him with all love. Geet shifted his head onto her lap and caressed his face with millions of feelings running in her heart ... sorry maan I forgot about your birthday!! Mujhe maaf kardijiye saying this geet held both her ears.

Both of them just got lost in each other arms like every time, reliving, recollecting their togetherness, their passion... maan ab aap fresh ho jayiye she pushed him and shoved his clothes... and be back in 10 mins ill wait for you geet got up missing the smile that spread on his cheeks. He tugged her back holding her pallo, her heart raced knowing actually when maan does such antiques. She blushed hard and pulled it back ... dadima aur main neeche rahenge aap aajayiye she replied and left.

He found the cake in the hall and the huge mansion being decorated beautifully. That was the reason the lights were off, maan looked at the two ladies who were sitting with the cake waiting for him. How much he missed to see both so happy together.

He blew the candles and fed the cake first to dadima, and then to geet. Dadima looked at the couple who went into the room looking at each other lovingly not even bothering her presence. She smiled and left as they made way towards the bedroom. Geet understood his eyes which were dark with passion. How will she not make out, she was facing the same still she wanted to voice that out what if maan stops himself!! Off late maan has been doing the same and she feared the same, gathering her courage she stared at him to command him...... love me maan!!
