He heard what the doctor said dear but he just can't fathom that she didn't find his love worthy or capable enough that she cud share her problems, her illness with him... he is now doubting his love that maybe she was right it was indeed only his lust may be she felt that he only physically desired her hence she left him... u will know about both their emotions in the coming parts dear 😉
