After this incident every day and every night was like a beautiful dream for Maaneet

Their love kept on blossoming and continued to fragrant their heart and soul

Their 30 day long fake relationship had now attained a memerising conclusion of eternal love

Geet had gifted Maan an album of all their cute, silly, innocent and blissful moments and there wasn't a single day wherein she wouldn't confess her love for Maan

Though she failed to understand why Maan was not voicing his feelings for her verbally when the reflection of her love was getting twinkled in every admiring look of his she noticed from the past one week Maan was not allowing her to enter his room

She knew he was planning a surprise but Maan was not allowing her to get even a small hint about his surprise

She had to wait for a week this was what Maan had told her

Today finally the day had arrived'

It was the beginning of a new month and thus the end of their fake relationship. This truth was making both of them happy as both Maan and Geet were waiting for this day to confess something special'

Maan had already left for his office when Geet took a half day from work and decided to give a new dimension to their relationship

Geet went to a cake shop and purchased her specially ordered cake for Maan

With a smile on her face she made herself comfortable in her car and confessed

Geet caressed the cake cover and went ahead with her confession

With a smile on her face Geet diverted her car in the direction of Maan's office

Saying so; Maan ends the call. Dev enters Maan's cabin at the same time

Before Maan could reply Dev continued

For a moment or so Dev did not react as he was shocked beyond his imagination

By this time Geet had reached the entrance of Maan's cabin; she was holding her special cake and was just about to enter his cabin when Dev's voice forced her to stop at the entrance itself

Geet blushed as she saw the appreciation of her love in Maan's eyes

Dev: Maanna padega boss aakhirkaar tu jeet hi gaya aur ek baar phir main shart haar gaya [I have to salute u boss as once again u emerged as a winner and as usual I lost the bet]

This statement of Dev bestowed a mask of seriousness on Geet's face. She was trying to convince herself that the word "bet" was mentioned by Dev casually when all her false hopes were forced to taste dust as soon as Dev made his next declaration

Pearls of betrayal were now flooding the mirrors of Geet's eyes

Every word of Dev was stabbing Geet's heart to an unbearable extent but the final nail on her coffin was layed when her moistened eyes saw a smirking Maan standing proudly in front of Dev and listening to the victorious tale of his glory

His confident smirk was enough to make Geet realize that every word spoken by Dev was indeed real.

It was true she herself had entered Maan's life in the pretext of a bet but she had lost the bet only to win Maan's love

She was so confident about her feelings that without thinking of the consequences she had decided to open the secret of the, "I HATE U BET" in front of Maan today

There were no second thoughts about this confession as she knew every beat of her heart belonged to Maan and moreover the purity and divinity of her feelings for Maan were so true that the most powerful storm of misunderstanding would also find it difficult to destroy the radiance of her sparkling love

She loved him but today she realized their relationship was always a game for him. If his feelings were true then he could have confessed his love for her atleast once.

He could have sealed Dev's rubbish talks by clarifying his stand about their relationship

But alas, the killer victorious looks of his eyes, the typical MSK attitude in his smirk were an indication that she was a fool to love a man who considered her a stepping stone to win a bet'

Basically Meera was unaware of the whole situation she just knew that Geet had fallen head over heels in love with Maan and without thinking twice Meera had jumped to the conclusion that the reason behing Geet's turmoil was the bet that she had lost; this was the first time that her best friend Geet had faced defeat this was only what she knew

She was not briefed about the real reason of Geet's heartbreak and hence whatever came in her mind Meera made a story on the same assumptions

Meera: Offcourse tumhari wajah se meri best friend apna bet haar gayi wo tumse I hate u bulwana chahti thi par khud hi I love u bol aayi bechari ki zindagi ki sabse pehli haar hai kitni pareshan aur dukhi hai wo tum jaate bhi ho? Kabse Amrita Mam usse console kar rahi hai par bet toh wo haar hi gayi na [Offcourse just coz of u my best friend lost a bet for the first time in her life; poor she wanted to force u to confess u hate her but by mistake she confessed she loves . Maan gulped his saliva in anger and raced to the cabin wherein the meeting was been conducted

Geet's shattered heart got a soothing serenity when she realized that Maan indeed loved her. She was just about to tell him that her love for him was as pure as a holy prayer when Amrita interfered in between

Geet stood there paralysed as she was trying to read the extent of Maan's pain

Maan removed his wallet and placed their couple photo in front of his eyes

The ripped photograph glorified the dust of the floor as Maan went a step ahead and opened the special cake that Geet had purchased for him

He took the knife which was present inside the cake and divided the cake into two halves

Saying so Maan turned away in the opposite direction

He didn't knew if he was alive or not but whatever little strength his trembling legs possessed he utilized that strength to approach the specially constructed window blind of his room

For a moment or so he felt as if he would get his life his Geet back such was the language of his body

As soon as he pressed the button of the window blind a beautiful portrait of Geet got decorated on the blinds; yes this was the surprise that Maan had arranged for his lady love

Geet's was dressed in a bridal wear on the portrait that was layed on the blinds and a beautiful love confession from Maan's side was getting reflected in every window blind and every walls of the room as soon as Geet's portrait was revealed'

This arrangement was supposed to give him happiness but alas today this feeling of falling in love was the sole reason of his biggest pain

The specially ordered cake of Geet that Maan had divided int o perfect two halves accidently fell on the floor when one of Geet's collegues touched it my mistake

The dry tears of Geet once again flooded her whole existence as soon as the special surprise of her heart was revealed due to the fall of this cake

The whole design of this cake was done in a layer style wherein every layer of the cake had a special moment of Maaneet pasted on it; their cute moments were actually drawn on every layer and a beautiful confession of Geet was written on it which was enough for any individual to understand the sacredness of her love for Maan

The messed cake that was lying on the floor in Geet's office and the loneliness of the special decoration in Maan's room were an indication that destiny was laughing on their foolishness to fall in love' Their dreams were lying like pieces of broken glass that could never be joined together'

Geet and Amrita got to know about Meera's stupidity. Amrita got hyper on Meera as she had understood Maaneet's true and divine love.

Amrita decided to cancel the publication of this article and to clear all misunderstanding between Maaneet by meeting Maan

But Geet stopped her by telling
