PART 12

Geet woke up with a phone call, answering lastly as she laid on one of the most comforting bed in the world... 'hello...'

'I thought you will be home soon!' a voice complained. 'lolo called me yesterday, saying your holiday is canceled... When you will be home?'
Geet instantly sat up with little worry face. 'I am so sorry, I promise next week... Only 5 days to go. Right...'
'ok... I am counting 5 days from now on!' she snaps angrily and hangs up.
Geet rubes her for head... Than picks her phone up, pressing 1... Calling someone...

...

Maan on the other hand, knocks as geet finished talking... 'good morning... Anyone special?'

'no... From home, they are complaining, I suppose to be home by this week and...!'

'very bad... You should... You know, not everyone is lucky enough to have phone at all from family members...' he explained.

'I know.. Anyway, you have shooting today?'
'I do... Ready to see my world?'

Geet smiled 'give me 30 minutes...'

Geet wore her usual cloths, with black top and black genes with gun hanging on her waist and extra bullet. She had black sunglasses on...

...

The hot scorching day burned geet white milky skin. She did not flow maan, instead she walked beside him... Observing every area...

They eventually came to a big building which looked like a warehouse however once they entered, it was nothing like a warehouse... But a set... Filled with color red and white... A color of romance, a color of purity...

Geet gave out a sarcastic look at maan. 'really?'
'what?' he jerks his shoulder... 'my fans love me in romantic avatar!'

Geet smiled slowly and rolled her eyes.

'tell me have you ever watched any of my film?' he leaned while the spot boy did his makeup. He sat on a chair with his script, and geet wondered around, looking here and there...

'no... I have better things to do. We don't watch much Indian film in London!' she smiled.

'haven't you ever hard my name?' he shockingly looked at geet.

'no, I never have, until the day i pointed my gun at you. Geet mumbles...

Of course she was shocked and surprised on that moment... Geet went in little flashback... Remembering her thought...

'I just can't believe this... ' he lazily hits back on his chair, 'you have never hard of me?' he disbelievingly spoke.

Bittuji gave geet equally shocking expression...

Geet rolled her eyes, ignoring while drinking her tea. Than slowly she eyed him, with little smirk hiding amongst the cup... 'you are not that special you know!' she shakes her head, acting like she is barely concern with this topic. 'I have better things to do than waste my valuable time...'

'excuse me!' maan points one of his eyebrow up, rethinking what she just mumbled. 'acting is a skill and stardom is another, where not everyone is lucky enough to have!' he spoke proudly. 'there are millions who desire to have my image!'

'no... Wrong!' geet smiles, while sitting down on the chair opposite of maan. 'they dream to be us. You act to be like us!... Knock, knock... Welcome to the world of reality mr maan khurana. I live the danger of reality and you act to be like that!'

She smiled while leaning back on the chair, maan rests his face on his hand, with a smile. 'impressive, I never looked at the story in that direction!'

'well,' geet moves her head with a node, 'welcome to the reality...'

Bittuji silently stared at there thoughtfully conversation before maan being called for the shot. His hand was still soar and requires bed rest, however promise is a promise, he requires to act.

Geet observed as he carried out some acting, it made geet laugh and broke maan's concentration more than often, linking to his sudden irritation and pack up, sooner than before.

He walked frustratingly along the stage and geet flowing with a smile. 'I didn't find the acting amusing!' he snaps eventually...
Geet did not reply, instead she laughed.

'let me remind you! Miss geet!' he snaps... 'this is my work and I would appreciate if this amusement face of your's respect the acting skills I posses!'

Geet eventually lost it & burst out in laugh, mostly all observed her with little announce, understanding she was the reason of there early pack up.

'i never saw any real life shoot, sorry!' geet stood there holding her laughter, however controlled in an extent. She stood there like a small child, waiting for maan to tell off, but something completely different happened, as his anger overpowered with her sweet innocent face. She surly did not look like 27, she looked like 20 years old teen... Laughing at her lovers irritation...

'you suppose to be serious! Aren't you?' he angrily suggests.

'who said we can't have fun?' she leaned forward in little teasing mood, 'you don't expect us to be Robert... Do you?' she teases.

PART 14

Maan annoyingly rolled his eyes, looked at her angrily which was completely different expression than his funny easy going... He stormed off.

Geet flowed, without any question except one or two heavy laughter.

Later on she called her head house, to understand, if yash was leaving the country or not...

'when?' geet silently questioned. 'does he know?'
'no... After 2 days max and his timetable is not relocated again until next year, and by that time I am sure he will forget and will know this is maan... A super star!''

'ok... I hope so to!'

Geet hangs up, and enters maan's flat.

Maan's mother stood in the middle, ordering the workers of what to do and what not, maan lazily sat on the sofa, watching telly, barely bothered what his mother was shouting...

Avantika just came back from her 4 weeks trip.. And hereing about her son.. Really did shock her...

geet walked in and smiled at the elderly lady... 'hi... I am geet, observing maan for few more days for his safety!'

The lady smiled, 'that is so nice of you!' she sweetly replies. 'he never listens to me and look, in with this pain he went to act!' she disbelievingly in worry manner rubbed her forehead. 'what will I do with this boy!' she snaps and looks at maan once more before walking off.

'your mum is so sweet...' geet looks at her a she disappears... And takes her seat next to maan.

Maan had different feeling with this small gesture. His eyes were frozen at her sweet delicate gave, wasn't he angry at her for the morning incident? He questioned with a smile... 'gosh you are beautiful!' he mumbled.

'what?' geet looked at maan with confusion... 'did you say anything?

'no... No...' he smiled. Looking way and now and than slowly looks at geet, it was like he was stealing something that does not belong to him...

Was he in love? He was... He is...

'only Few more days than you are free from me...' she smiled. 'I am glad at-least you have your mother!'

Geet smiled softly at maan than walked off, yash was scheduled to leave the country soon, but where he was going, geet was concern with that fact. She sat in front of her laptop studying his movements. A sudden knock on her door brought her back to the world. It was no other than avantika.

She was holding two cups of coffee, 'may I join?' she sweetly questioned.

'sure!' geet stood up two show her respect. 'please do come in!'

PART 15

'you are a such sweetheart!' she observed geet's clothing, in her formal dressing.
'don't you were Indian cloths?' avantika questioned, observing if she fits in khurana standard, as a future bhu.

Geet looked here and there & than an elder lady walked in, who was also eyeing her up and down. A servant was standing behind her with plate full of something covered in red sheet.

'this is my mother in law, maan's grandma. We were out of country for few days and look what have he done!'

'she is so beautiful!' dadima smiles. 'perfect for our maan' she adds but geet couldn't here properly with her corky voice...

'do u were sari?'

'I do, back home, when I am with my family!' she smiles.

'aww, who do you have in your family?' dadima question.

Geet again hesitatingly looked everywhere. Drinking her saliva, what should she say? She have already told maan clearly that she can't disclose anything...
Geet smiled uncomfortably than again she repeats, 'I am not allowed to disclose anything about my self! Sorry!'

Dadima pulls her eyebrow up. 'very well! There are some traditional cloths & we expect you to we're this today in party!'

She finished her sentence and walked out. While avantika hands her the coffee.

'maan don't talks to us!' she looked down, 'much'... 'we are his step family... He never have excepted us...' avantika sadly looks down, 'but it's our duty to look after him, right, and I am sure you will be the best!' avantika indicates to her being life partner where geet understood as a worker.

'I will try my best mrs khurana. After all it's my duty!'

Avantika brushes geets hair as a sign of blessing. 'I hope you will were the given cloths!'

'I sure will!'

...

Avantika walked in to maan's room, who was busy with his usual stuff...

'she is a very nice girl!' avantika stands behind her son!

Maan looks at the side way, barely concern, yet he was ready to back fair an insult. 'many thanks, after all it's a choice of maan khurana, you Surly couldn't expect me to pick any girl from a road!' he taunts avantika with words.

Avantika ignored maan's foul words... 'I am happy for you!' she smiled and walked off slowly.

Geet walked down the long stair, in a blue sari. It was beautiful, she wanted ask avantika if she looked alright. It's not her usual things to attend her workers party, however, no harm in trying. Avantika was just about to leave when geet shouts across the hall 'mrs khurana!'

Maan did not see, he feast his hand and than angrily with red face shouts out, 'SHE IS NOT MRS KHURANA! So stop calling her that!' he stood up without looking at geet. He spines around with a erupting volcano however it soon calmed down like a deep sea by seeing geets sweet little beautiful face...

PART 16

Avantika smiles, however geet shockingly looks back at maan. She couldn't understand his sudden anger.

'have I said something wrong?' geet wonders, looking at mother and son...

Maan looked down, although his eyes was dreading to look back at her beautiful avatar one more time, but leaving the hall seemed like a perfect solution to escape from this beautiful lady.

He walked up along the stair, staring at geet as he walked pass her. For a moment the time felt like it has stopped, he wanted the time to froze however, it was useless. Pointless as his leg unwontedly started to move way from his life.

Geet looked down at avantika, who did seem like she was in tears.

'I am sorry!' avantika looked down to hide the tears. 'he have abnormal mood swings.' she shakes we head, 'please don't mind!'

Geet walked down, 'no- no... It's fine.' she comforts the lady. 'trust me I go through allot Of mood swings!' she smiled, 'from home to work!'

Avantika looked down and than slowly walked off in to her room.

Geet completely forgot to ask about her sari. The sari looked amazing and mesmerizing. Geet smiled, looking way. 'I guess it's time to call home.'

Geet locked her door while picking up her phone & than video cam... 'now you have to tell me how I look...' she smiled while looking t her self on the mirror... Twisting and turning like a small girl, while the voice over the phone, telling her what to do and what to fix...

...

Geet knocked softly at avantikas door, wondering if everything was alright specially after maan's sudden anger outburst.

'how are you feeling?' geet questioned with concern.

Avantika looked down, wiping way the years. Geet noticed she was crying, she planned to keep quit with an uncomfortable smile. She slowly walked in, while fixing her sari, covering her stomach...

Geet wondered if maan was always like that... 'is he always like that?' she came by avantika, comforting her.

'no no... He is really nice. Maybe somewhere it's my fault!' avantika smiled sadly.

'but that's no way to treate someone like that!'

'when you are a mother geet... You will realise that children can say anything and moreover you have to understand that childrens are immature and they are growing!'

'that's not correct... A mother is a mother and if he don't know how to respect you as a mother who have been always there for him, than he also can't respect his real mother... And I understand completely what a mother should feel when there children's are rude. It's matter of teaching!'

Geet defended in the topic of mother.

'he needs to understand what mother is...'

'maybe you are right... I am sure he will understand one day!'

Geet stood up and walked out in to maan's room... She wanted to talk to him, but in vain he wasn't there...

PART 17

As the evening came by, geet slowly steps down the stair, not nervous, but looking forward to a relaxing family affaire.

Maan had his eyes fixed at the stair, unable to take his lost eyes from the breathtaking beauty who stood in front of him.

Living life amongst beautiful girls, have never gave him the feeling what geet provokes inside him... Was he truly in love?

Maan shyly looked down and smiled. He slowly approached geet, with big hope that, maybe- maybe today she won't refuge a dance.

He smiled and came by, offering his hand. 'can I here a yes today?' he smiled slightly, staring back at her eyes. 'please don't say no!'

Geet shyly looked down, smiling... 'yes...' she shakes her head. 'you are capable of dancing with me today!'

Maan laughed historically... 'now now, don't think you are in cloud nine...' he spoke while taking her with him in middle of the dance floor, gliding slowly...

'i don't have to dream, I am always in cloud nine...' she rests her palm on his chest, just over his warm heart that was betting in random motion for her. Maan looked down with delight, than slowly rests his palm against her soft milk skin, feeling the warmth.

Geet barely noticed, as she played with her tongue.

'Now now...' maan laughed. 'only a person with me allowed to be in cloud 9!'

Geet played along to amuse him, 'well I am with you...'

'really?' maan asked like he never wanted a girl as much as he wants geet.

'true...'

'I am leaving 2moro, maan... Make it worthwhile...' geet laughed. 'I don't think we will ever met, because I have a very good news!'

Maan didn't like that sound. 'we will meat,' he slowly whispered in demanding tone. 'because I will never let you forget me. Geet!'

'no, I will never.' geet replied while dwelling with his step, observing his curious face. 'if we ever met... Like... Say out of this job, with my family... You will defiantly know why wouldn't I forget you...'

Maan again looked at her in confusion... 'I hate riddles... Lets break the suspense!'

He twists her around and than forces her back to him. Thrusting her back on his chest... Geet uncomfortably twists her neck, she didn't like that move at all. She instantly moves to free her self but in her dismay, he was to strong.

'maan, leave please!' she quietly tells him...
However maan was in teasing mood, he wanted to clearly say what he feels about her...

'do you know geet... I always wanted to tell you... You... You make me feel different!' geet froze with little surprise tone... She mumbled... Than looked right back at his brown eyes...
'w..h...a...t...'
