yes...i am good at buying last minute tickets😉...and i had a meeting with my HR manager and she said she will help me find something within the company that suits my needs even thought it is not the norm...and that if she canmnot find anything by the end of this year...then we can work on plan B...which is say bye bye...so i am happy with that and i will be touching base with her soon to see what the status of her findings are😃

See - that is what I would call the "normal" procedure - employee retention👏 even better if they just make you do what it is you are doing now as part-time & find someone else so you can train & you both can work hand-in-hand⭐️

yes..i would have thought that was a logical move...but my boss mentioned the same thing you did...but my drector was like...its not company policy...she was all confused...so i have to talk to them both again too
