Part 8

Adi wanted to tell geet everything. He knew maan very well. Though he decided he would not force geet like he never did with any girl. But geet was girl and maan was a charmer. There was more chances geet would be trapped in his game. And adi could not see it standing far, spoiling a girl life, that too he liked her as his sister. So he made his mind up and waited for morning.

After maan leaving , geet was laying on her bed. She was lost somewhere. Still she was not able to forget what happened today. Maan came to her house. The man , whom she worshiped more than her own life, was standing near her. She could smell his scent, his breathing was calming her running heart. His face, she was feeling his warm aroma near her , when he was coming closer to her, in room. He was looking her like he knew her, he had something in his eyes " per kya" she thought.. but she felt butterflies. She smiled and hided her face in pillow..She took out his photo... " aaj aapne mujhe bauji se bachaya.. thank you " and kissed. she talked to his photo and slept hugging it.

Morning (Adi home)

Maan left to his work. adi got ready to go meet geet. He went and knocked. Mohindar opened door. He surprised to see adi here, at this morning. He greeted him and brought inside. Adi was feeling very nervous. His eyes were searching geet. he said that he needed to meet geet. mohindar talked him for sometime then he left saying he has some work. He went out informing geet about adi arrival. Geet came and sited front of him. she was not very used to talk with adi so both were silent. Adi was finding it difficult to start his talk. What he should start' that his best friend maan is playing game with her and he is also involved in it without his acceptance. Or he should say it indirectly.. he was not sure, whereas geet was looking him confused. As why he came to talk her when she never talked him casual. Still she was waiting him to start .. " adi.. aap ko kuch kaam tha"

Adi looked her and nodded " haan geet.. wo..wo I wanted to tell you something"

Geet- ji kahiye

Adi- geet wo.. I had to say tha..that '. Wo " his phone rang. Adi looked .. it was of maan. He got more nervous, excused himself and picked it up.

Maan- so you want to tell geet everything hmm..

Adi- maan.. how did you know???

Maan- pahle maine jo pucha uska jawab do adi .. did you want to tell her

Adi- haa.. because what you doing is morally wrong maan..

Maan- okk' so go ahead.. but then my rule will be changed adi.. as then I will force her to come me.. are you ready adi ??

Adi shocked ' maan.. why are you doing this .. I know you are not that type of man to force any girl.. then why

Maan- because I can do anything to win my bet .. and you know this' not its now ur decision adi.. Either you tell her everything and I will force her to come me.. or you won't tell her and then maybe she could escape.. now its purely your decision' " and he cut.

Adi perplexed with maan's words. He knew maan was not the man who could force a girl but he also knew, he could do go any extend to win a bet.. so he decided not to tell geet. he decided he will keep his eyes on maan. He went back to geet who was still confused with his strange behavior. Adi told her he had urgent work and left from there

It was afternoon. Mohindar was having his lunch when doorbell rang. Geet went and opened. She saw, a well built, good looking man standing there. " ji kon hai aap" geet asked. He looked her smiling. " you don't know me but I know you..you are geet .. right ?? ' he replied smirking. Geet looked him confused when mohindar came from behind..

" aree rahul beta.. bahar kyu khare ho.. come inside" mohindar greeted him smiling. Rahul came and touched mohindar feet.. mohindar blessed him and both sat down in hall. Geet was still confused, when mohindar told her he is rahul, his best friend's son. Geet smiled and left to kitchen.

Maan was on site. Sitting in his jeep. He was thinking what he talked to adi. " why I said adi that I would force geet.. I never ever in my life did like this then why now. what is in her, why I can't able to leave her?? Is this because of bet?? I don't think so as bet is not new thing for me..then why whole day I think about this.. why my mind just cant leave thought of having that girl with me..why ?? I know girl comes to me like magnet then why I can take this bet like before.. but why this time I am feeling like this bet is more than any game I always played ... why I want to win this bet more than anything I wished for till now.. why I am feeling , its not only a game but something more'. Why I am eager to bring her to me at any cost as if it doesn't happen, I will lose everything.. Even my life. I never felt before then why now.. why her face always comes before my eyes when I close it?? Why her having close to me , gave my extreme pleaser ?? is this lust ?? yes.. its only lust which is making me mad' this is my body need, which I never felt for anyone but now feeling for geet' and this is only my desire, so why I am eager to win this bet ' yess' yesss I got my answer'yesss this is only reason for my restlessness... yesss ' he sighed and exhaled a relief breath, getting answer of his troubling questions..

Mohindar and rahul talked for sometime. Rahul said he had come here, Hoshiyaarpur for a construction work, which is going on, on his land. They were talking when mohindar got a call. He excused and picked. It was of Mr. Sharma (rahul's father).

Mr. Sharma- toh.. mohindar , kaisa laga Rahul

Mohindar- What are you asking sharma... I know Rahul as like my son...

Mr. Sharma- And what about make him your son-in-law ..hmm !!

Mohindar- Waise...Khyaal to bura nahi hai '

And they laughed ...
