Hi Arpita! Hope you're good! So, as promised, I'm here with a longer comment! 😊
I'll start from the start; from when I first started reading this story. You know, this was one of the few stories which I read when I joined IF. There was bound to be an attachment to it! 😳 But to be very frank, I didn't like this story when I started to read it because of the way Geet hated Maan for taking the brother away and tried to take indecent ways to take her revenge.
But as they say, 'curiosity kills the cat', I read on further to know why Maan endured anything and everything she did and did not do anything in his defense. And then I started to love the story the way you shaped it up. The character of Maan took my heart away! 😳 He was so good throughout the story that I'm left wishing ke kaash he was for real!! Why isn't he real?! 😭
Then came in Dev. I hated him and his tricks! He was so cheap and tried to everything to make Geet hate Maan when he saw that she had started mellowing down towards Maan! The way he brought in a fake witness of Lucky's accident and then used Sasha to separate Maaneet made my blood boil! 😡
When the mystery of Maan being innocent was revealed and he had taken all blame on himself for his sister's sake, my respect and awe for this man increased ten folds! How could anyone be so selfless?!
I loved Annie and Daadi too! They treated Geet so well (except for once when they blamed her for Maan's arrest). Geet deserved the love of such a family after having to face the loss of her only family, her brother. 😊
The final separation that Maaneet faced due to Dev was really painful! And then Geet getting stabbed. Thank God, Maan came in time to save Geet form that villain! 😊
The updates after that were so sweet with the caring and over-protective Maan! 😳 I enjoyed each and every update then. It was really great of Maan to control his desires even after getting married and put forth his love's health. I especially loved the last part and the epilogue where we can actually see the playful and naughty side of Geet! 😃
As a whole, Arpita, I can't say which part I have loved the most in this story because it's been every part! 😛 I've loved this story as a whole and I'm going to miss it so much now! 😔
