Part 14- updating throughout the day.. As im updating on ipad.. Will b mistakes.. Will sort them out on laptop later.
Mohinder held onto Rano's hand as they left the hospital. His heart attack was minor but he knew that he had to somehow defeat Maan and get his daughter back. He knew for a fact that Maan might be clever and shrewed but so was he. Seeing Maan reminded him of himself so many years ago. Nothing could break him, except Geet. Once Geet was away from Maan Singh Khurana's clutches, Mohinder will deal with him solely. Afterall, Mohinder was not a weak player. Let Maan think he has won. But only one thing scared him that was Geet. If Geet ever found out the truth about him? What would he do? He loved his daughter a lot. He would not be able to take disgust and loss of love from her eyes. No if she does find out the truth let her. But he will not let her go anywhere. He will explain to her. Geet was innocent. She trusted her father over anyone. He knew a few lies and Geet will believe him. He knew unless its from her fathers mouth directly nothing can change her views of him as a loving caring father.
Mohinder smirked to himself as he thought how stupid he was getting weak. Geet was on his side. Geet might be hurt in the process but after Maan is out of the way, she will be fine and he as a loving father will help her out of this ordeal and start her life again.
'Rano, love sorry for slapping you.. You go home. I need to deal with something' Mohinder said as they arrived home. Rano looked at him in relief and tensed about his health.
'lekin aap ki health. You just had a minor heart attack' Rano said holding his hand. Mohinder put his hand on her face and carressed it.
'thhis is where i hurt you right.. Here all better' He said kissing it. Rano looked at him bewildereed and he continued and said ' Rano, see my ehart is fine because you have forgiven me for hurting you. I know you will never do anything bad for our family. I was unjust. And my health is fine dont worry' he replied. Rano nodded and exited the car. Mohinder smirked and thoht ' my foolish wife sweet but lovable'
At Maan and Geet's home Geet awoke missing the warmth. She opened her eyes and sat up and realised Maan was not around. Tears brimmed into her eyes as she noticed her torn sari, broken bangles dried blood on her arms. Her body was aching. She stood up with a lot of difficulty and grabbed her clothes from the cupboard not waiting for Maan to pick them out fo her. She picked up her broken bangles and threw them in the trash. She changed the bedsheets, finding new ones in one of the cupboards. She picked up th sari and remembered the lovely moments in th party last night and how brutally it ended. After she cleaned up the room she went into the shower. She discarded the bed sheet she had wrapped around her and cried as she turned the water on, and the pain she felt in her heart and physical pain as the water went over her bare body. Her feminine area was hurting, she had never been subjected to this sort of pain ever. Her breats were sore. Her lips were sore. Everything was hurting.
After her shower, Geet quickly got into her clothes. She controlled her pain and feelings and stepped outside to see Maan looking at her. She looked down straight away. She didnt know what to expect. What he angry that she did not wait and let him pick out her clothes. Would he subject her to last nights torture again? Geet felt that his eyes might have anger in them and hence she looked down. But what she missed was the concern and regret in Maan's eyes as he store at her in full concentration.
She fumbled and meeked out an apology. It was so quiet that one would have to tune in very carefully to hear it but it was heard by Maan who looked at her. He knew last night, his meek shy Geet would have been in so much fear.
'Geet last night' He started when Geet looked up and said without any emotion. She felt like she needed to stop crying at her fate. She was with a man whom was madly in love and was obsessed with her. He wants her close to him 24/7. Her mother had taught her a wifes first duty is her husband. She looked up after controlling her tears and said
'Last night, you did what you did. I'm your wife. I am meant to fulfill your every need. A wife is meant to fulfill her husbands every need be it mere physical or not' Geet looked who was shocked, 'I know i was meant to wait for you to pick out my clothes, but I need to make you breakfast. Please get ready I'll meet you downstairs' She said coldly without any emotion. Yes she loved him. Yes she was scared but last night had broken her fully that she does not know who she is anymore. She walked past him feeling the soreness between her legs eachtime she moved. She bit her lip to stop the painful moan and tears that wanted to come out. She walked past him when he grabbed her hand.
'Geet, he asked looking at her. She turned to him and a few tears made down her cheeks. No mattter how hard she tried, she could never be strong nor cold to him, he saw through her cold behaviour and knew ahe was upset.
And it happened she felt on her knees infront of him crying tears. She knew amaan will be angry at her for crying but she could not help her heart. Maan saw her crying at first was angry at her teara but then he knew this time eas delicate for Geet and his relation. He went down and hugged her tight as he tried to hush her.
