Part 39

Maan opened his eyes. He looked to bed. It was empty. He worriedly stood up and called "geettt... geettt" getting not any reply he run to downstairs and yelled "geettt'

"kya hai maan..kyu chilla rahe ho" she shouted from kitchen , where she was preparing coffee for him.

"geet..tum yaha kya kar rahi ho..pata hai mai kita pareshan ho gaya tha'

' aap kitna pareshaan hote ho maan ..ase kase chalega haan" she said casually. Maan looked her amazed. There was no trace of what happened previously. Looking him her like this geet chuckled.

" maan ..aapko firse nind aa rahi hai kya..ase kyu dekh rahe ho" she gave him coffee mug

"geet..tum haari tabiyat toh thik hai na "he asked.

"haan maan ..meri tabiyat bilkul thik hai ..aur ab aap bhi apni tabiyat thik kar lijiye.. dekho kasi surat bana rakhi hai." she turned his face toward mirror. Maan looked in mirror turning his face both sides. Geet chuckled.

"maan apni shakal baad me dekhna..pahle coffee peelo,, thundi ho jaayegi" she said and went to room for cleaning it.

"geet kya kar rahi ho.. cleaning servents kar lenge"

"kyu..kyu choru ..mera ghar hai..toh mujhe clean karna hai" she was making bed. He held her waist and turned to him. Putting some strands behind ear " toh..ye tumhara ghar hai " he asked huskily. She nodded looking down, smiling.

"per ye to mera gahr hai ..tumhara kase ho gya miss geet handa. Ye ghar toh sirf ek khurana ka hi ho sakta hai ' she looked him. ' toh mujhe khurana banna hai maan" she said . Maan sensed seriousness in her voice.

"tum kaho toh abhi chalo' maan said

"kaha maan" she asked confused.

'aashirwaad lene"

"kya'

"geet..hume dadimaa se aashirwaad bhi toh leni hogi naa.."

maan' she whispered getting emotional. Her tear was going to fall when maan kissed and nodded no. she smiled. " per maan .. who.."

' geet..u dont worry.. dadi tumhe pasand kar legi..mai jaanta hu"

"woh toh mai bhi jaanti hu maan per inn kapro me " then maan noticed she was wearing same cloth from two days. ' hmm iin kapro me toh nahi jaa sakti ..geet tum thori der ruko, mai aata hu" saying he left without listen her.

Dadi and channi brought naina in km and settled in guest room. She called doctor who informed dadi that she is three months pregnant. Dadi got worried. Nanina was still unconscious. They left her in room and came out when dadi saw maan entering . "maan beta "dadi came and hugged him."aap kab aaye"

"kal raat dadi..woh mai outhouse me ruk gaya tha" dadi nodded and left to kitchen, looking over breakfast. Maan went to channi and told about geet. Channi felt extremely haapy. She very wanted to meet her. So maan sent channi to geet, making her ready for dadi meeting and he himself went to his room.

Channi entered in outhouse. She met geet. Geet shocked seeing her here. Channi told her everything. Both poured their heart out. After that channi made her ready . Geet was very nervous but chnni gave her support.

She made her wear very beautiful red saree which maan had bought , specially for geet. Geet was looking so beautiful, like a princess. After some time maan came. He entered in room and shocked, seeing her this beautiful. He mesmerized on her beauty. Glued on door. Geet looked him and she also could not took her eyes off. Channi looked both and smiled. She left from there, but both could not know. both were lost.

After some time geet bangles sound brought maan back. He stepped to her slowly. He cupped her face and looked every inch of her glowing face from his eyes. " you are looking beautiful geet " he whispered. She blushed. He kissed her forehead then cheeks. "chalee" she nodded. Both left to km.

In KM

dadi and channi were sitting on dinning table. Dadi was facing her back to them when maaneet entered. Geet s bangles sound echoed in big hall. It was lovely. her fragrance filled in hall like fresh jasmine . Dadi turned back and stunned to see a very beautiful girl, wearing saree , little accessories and light makeup, standing next to her grandson. They were looking heavenly pair. Like God had made them when he was in his happiest mood.

Dadi stood. Maaneet came near her and bend to take blessing. "jeeti raho. Toh tum geet ho"

geet looked maan. Maan nodded no with maine kuch nahi bataya kuch , expression. Then they heard a giggled. Both looked to channi. They smiled.

Dadi- toh maan aapne kya socha ..aap kuch nahi batayenge toh hume kuch pata nahi chlega

maan- nahi dadi who..mai aapko baatne wala tha..per...

dadi- bas bas ..ab bahane banaane ki jarurat nahi hai.. itni pyaari bahu hai humaari aur aap ne bataya bhi nahi..." saying she kissed geet forehead. "hume channi ne sab bata diya hai geet..aap kudh ko kabhi akela mat samjhiyega.. ye pariwaar aapka hi hai"

geet felt overflow of emotions. She started crying. Dadi hugged her and consoled. Maan was looking them smiling. Dadi called maan hugged him also.
