Maan: Geet tum mujhe miss karogi? [Will u miss me Geet?]

Geet: Aapka naam Geet ki saason mein hai Maan main jab bhi saas lungi aapki khushboo mujhe mehkayegi toh main aapko kaise miss kar sakthi hoon? [Ur name is imprinted in every breath of mine Maan; whenever I will breathe ur fragrance will beautify my soul how can I miss u when u r so close to me?]

Maan was rendered speechless

He hugged her and crushed her lovingly in his loving folds

Geet didn't want Maan to cancel his trip due to her hence she was trying to cheer him up

Geet: Maan chaliye hum milke aapka bag pack karte hai aur phir ye decide karte hai ke iss ek hafte mein hum kais eek dusre k touch mein rahenge [Common Maan lets pack ur bags and let us make plans how we will stay in touch in this coming week]

She pulled Maan with full authority and both of them entered Maan's room

After 2 hours,

It was time for Maan's flight

Geet hugged Maan with all her love. Maan separated her slightly and kissed her temple

He removed his gold chain from his neck and tied it on her neck

Geet: Ye kya hai Maan? [What's this Maan?]

Maan: Ab tum mujhe miss nahi karogi ye mera good luck chain hai Geet jo ke meri Geet ka meri gairhaazri mein pura khayal rakhega [U will not miss me now Geet; this chain is my good luck charm it will take proper care of my Geet in my absence]

Geet lowered her eyelashes and tried to control her tears

Geet: Aapse ye kisne keh diya ke main aapko miss karungi? [Who told u that I will be missing u?]

Maan coconned his Geet protectively in his embrace and left his mark on her nape by gifting her an evident love bite

Maan: Tumne jis andaaz se mujhe apne aagosh mein liya main samaj gaya ke meri Geet nahi chahti ke main usse dur jau par wo mujhe rokhna b nahi chahti; Geet iss chain ko apne dil ke paas rakhna tum mujhe humesha apne paas paayogi [The way u hugged me made me aware of the depth of ur sentiments beautifully. My Geet does not want me to go but she is not ready to stop me as well. Geet keep this chain close to ur heart u will always feel my presence around u]

Geet moved back and kissed his cheek

Maan had not expected this from Geet as he knew she was emotional right now

Geet: Aap apna lucky charm mujhe de kar jaa rahe hai to hiss kiss ko meri taraf se apna luck samajiyega; aap mujhse akbhi bhi dur jaa nahi paayenge ye baat aapko mera ye kiss yaad dilatha rahega…aapko jaldi lauta padega mere liye…[ U gave me ur lucky charm this kiss is a sign of luck for u from my side and it will remind u that u have to return back for me…]

Maan took her hands and placed it close to his heart

Maan: Main lautunga Geet par tumhare ya mere liye nahi balki HUMARE LIYE [I will come back Geet but not for u nor for me…I WILL BE BACK FOR OUR LIFE]

Geet blushed and both of them shared a LAST HUG and Maan bid goodbye to his Geet and left for the airport

There was a huge smile on Maan's face as the driver drove the car to the airport

He kept on caressing his cheek again and again as if his life had got a new direction with this innocent gift of Geet

Kyun raaton ko ab chain se so na saku

Kyun aata nahi mujhe din mein bhi chain sukoon

Maan looked out of the glass window of his car and everywhere he could see himself surrounded by his angel

He hit his head gently as he knew he was imagining Geet but for the first time he loved this sensation of dreaming about a girl be it day or night..He felt complete with just one thought of hers…Oh what a magical feeling this was!

Kyun aisa hotha hai ke main khud se hi baatein karu

Kyun tu jo bole koi sunena wo main hi sunu

All of a sudden his face lit up as he remembered something; He shouted excitedly which almost scared the driver

He took out his ear phone and connected it with his mobile

He had recorded Geet's voice in it and now he was playing her melodious voice continuously that was giving a serene feeling to his soul

Dil ye bekaraar kyun hai

Isspe dhun sawar kyun hai

Kyun hai ye khumar kyun hai tu bata

The driver stopped the car at the airport and with great difficulty he made Maan realize his presence

Maan took his luggage and entered the airport

His luggage was sent for a check but Maan did not realize this he was lost in the sea of those hazel eyes

Tera intezaar kyun hai

Tujpe aitbaar kyun hai

Kyun hai ye khumar kyun hai tu bata

Tu bata…Tu bata….

He let out a chuckle as he ran like a man who had just found his dreams. He saw Geet standing in front of his eyes and in presence of the entire crowd

Kyun tujhe dekhe bina aata nahi dil ko sabar

Kyun tere chehre se hatthi nahi ye nazar

As soon as he reduced the unnecessary distance between them Maan took her hand in his and guided her to a simple yet mesmerizing couple dance

Kyun tujhe paake mujhe rehta hai khone ka darr

Kyun tere siva saari duniya se hoon main bekhabar

His innocent dreams were put to a halt when an airport official made him realize that he was dancing with an airhostess who was just back from her flight

Dil ye bekaraar kyun hai

Isspe dhun sawar kyun hai

Kyun hai ye khumar kyun hai tu bata

Maan ran his fingers on his hair as for the first time in his life he felt pleasantly embarrassed

He moved inside to complete the remaining formalities but his heart was dancing in joy as he knew that Geet was the one whom he desired

Tera intezaar kyun hai

Tujpe aitbaar kyun hai

Kyun hai ye khumar kyun hai tu bata

Tu bata…Tu bata….

He touched his cheek once again and he could actually sense her innocence and love around him

He found this unsaid and unexplained feeling more beautiful than a paradise

He wished he could meet her soon

Geet kissed the necklace that Maan had tied on her neck.

She could feel him very close to her heart today

The innocence in her smile, the sparkle of her eyes were an indication that Maan's name was imprinted on her soul and today she had no confusion about her feelings… She knew IT WAS LOVE

She entered Maan's room and opened Maan's wardrobe with full authority

Without any hesitation she dressed herself in one of his shirts and picked up his photo and started dancing and swaying in the tunes of her newly found love

Ye pyar hai jo tujhe ho gaya hai

Najaane kyun tu isse tha bekhabar

Geet was completely lost in the magic of his deep brown eyes; it didn't seem that she was dancing with his photograph

His fragrance was there in her soul and she felt as if she was still cocooned in the warm embrace of his arms…a place which belonged only to her

Jo aaj kal ye tujhe ho raha hai

Nahi aur kuch pyar k hai asar

Geet continued dancing and accidently her foot came in contact with the edge of the bed which forced her to land on top of the mattress where few hours ago an unsaid but a divine tale of faith and love had been written by both of them

Maan's photo was lying in front of her eyes and she was on top of it

She didn't even realize when her lips moved ahead to mark her claim on those perfectly M shaped lips of her Maan …

Kyun tere jalwo ka chattha nahi hai dhua

Ooo Kyun chale hawa toh lage k jaise tune chua

Maan trembled at the airport as he could actually feel her kiss; he was sure it was the same touch that he was craving to taste…the touch of his Geet…THE ONLY SPECIAL OWNER OF HIS HEART

Kyun maangta hai dil tere liye roz dua

Kyun ho raha hai ye jo pehle na hua…

He smiled as he started admiring her photograph that he had stolen from her room few days ago. He considered her as a blessing that he never wanted to lose

A sudden fear of losing her crossed his mind which almost snatched his breath away from him

Dil ye bekaraar kyun hai

Isspe dhun sawar kyun hai

Kyun hai ye khumar kyun hai tu bata

He immediately bowed down by going on his knees and sincerely requested God to keep his Geet safe and sound till he comes back…

He didn't care about the strangers watching him but the only thing he knew was SOMETHING WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND IF IT IS INDEED A BAD THING THEN THAT CURSE SHOULD LAND UP ON HIM AND NOT HIS GEET…

The final announcements were made and all the passengers were requested to enter the plane. Maan kissed Geet's photograph and started walking towards his destination…there was a divine smile on his face

Maan was dancing and singing the tunes of Geet's love and Geet was also weaving the dreams of Maan but destiny had some other plans

Before entering the plane Maan looked behind one last time as if requesting the breeze to carry the message to Geet that he would be back soon but alas he was unaware that this journey was not a start infact it was the end…A DEAD END

After few minutes the plane was ready for a take off; all the passengers were settled on their respective seats and the plane took off on its last journey…. DESTINY WAS INDEED CRUEL AS SOME STORIES END EVEN BEFORE THEY GET A PERFECT START
