Karan placed his hand on his shoulder.."she is ok maan..nothing to worry" he said..

Maan gave a weak smile to him n again looked at her painfully.."maan..rano maa is out of station now..o amritsar gayi hai…geet's grand ma is not well..i didn't say anything about geet as she was tensed already…tab tak we have to take care of her.."karan said for which maan just nodded n kept mum…

Karan turned to go out to but stopped when maan said"karan geet ko ghar le jaa raha hoon..u know na she don't like hospital smell n all..make arrangements for her discharge.."

Karan:ha I know but doctor said that she should not move from bed atleast for two days..waise bhi she needs treatment maan….

Maan:no problem karan we'll arrange everything at home..karan nodded with a smile n left the room..

Geet opened her eyes n found that she is in some room..but she is sure that is at maan's home..how can she fail to recognize it when she knows every inch of it…she looked around with droopy eyes n found no one then her gaze shifted to couch where maan n karan are sleeping…she giggled to see karan sleeping on maan's shoulder n his hand is encircling his neck as if a kid hugs his dad…she is confused thinking how she came there as she could remember the car hitting her when she stopped on middle of road when maan called her.."ahhh.."she moaned in pain when she lifted her head li'l up to sit…even with that slow mumble maan woke up suddenly with a jerk..it semed as if he is listening her every breath even in his sleep…

Maan got up from couch pushing karan away with force as if he is some dust on him…"geet are u ok..it's paining kya??"maan asked rushing to her…"doctor ko bulau…zyada dard toh nahi horaha hai na…"maan again asked caressing her bandage on her forhead…she cutely nodded in no at the same time her heart jumped in joy seeing his care for her…."why u are trying to get up now o bhi aklele..tumhe kuch chahiye kya??u would have called me na.."maan said helping her to lean against the pillow….."bolo kuch chahiye tumhe??"he again asked….all the while he is busy in arranging pillows around her,covering her with quilt n checking her injuries to see whether she is ok…

Geet is all the while admiring his caring side…"chup kyun ho??"maan asked keeping another pillow on her back side…"tum apna question bank toh complete karo..tab mein jawab doongi"she said in low tone leaving him chuckled..how this girl manages to talk like this after this big accident..she is smiling like nothing had happened..he thought n his smile faded away when he recollected the reason behind her acccident and automatically his eyes turned teary….

How can geet fail to understand his tears n she could guess the reason too.."maan…"she called him in such a way as if asking him to stop that now…"iam sorry geetu"he said dipping his head that too very cutely the same way he used to ask in his childhood whenever he commits any mistake…geet could not help but to smile at her matured yet innocent maan…"sab meri wajah se huwa…iam so sorry…I would have called u but..iam really s fool stupid.."he started cursing himself still dipping his head sadly…

"u know what..u are really a fool.."she said still in low voice which made him look at her.."how can u think like that ha…it's not becoz of u maan…I was the one who went suddenly in front of that car…why u r blaming urself like a stupid..dare u say it again samje..and ha ye sorry sorry band karo…"geet said wiping his tears n made a face.."pata hai maan this cry baby wala face wont suit u…"which left him chuckled..he didn't say anything but just hugged her without hurting her…she smiled n reciprocated it..

Geet(st):kitna khayal raktha hai mera..kitna care kartha hai mera…kya tum bhi mujse pyar karthe ho maan??tum bhi mere liye wahi feel karthi ho jo mein tumhare liye karthi hoon…do u love me maan…she thought closing her eyes while hugging him…

He broke the hug n asked"tumne kuch kaha.."maan asked her as if he listened her leaving her shocked.."omg did he listen what I thought??"..she nodded cutely…maan smiled n gave her medicines.."now sleep..you need rest..kal baat karthe hai.."he said helping her to lay down on bed again..she smiled n wished him good nite for which he wished her back…

Next morning,geet opened her eyes just to find maan busy in doing something.."good morning.."she mumbled…"good morning"maan wished her back with a smile..he then brushed her teeth as her hand is not helping her,tied her hair in pony after helping her to sit on bed leaning against the pillow..he handed her the glass of milk for which she made faces but he forcefully made her drink as she have to take medicine"yuck.."geet said making faces.."ab samaj gayi mein kese feel kartha hoon jab tum muje haldi or whatever wala dhood pelathi ho..that too forcefully"maan asked her smiling at her yucky face…geet made o shaped mouth in shock"so u are taking revenge on me..u monkey donkey idiot"she punched him on his arm with her free hand which left him chuckled.."teek hone do muje I'll see u"geet said seeing no effect of her punches on him…

Meanwhile,harika entered the room n saw them smiling…she wished geet n enquired about her health.."geet I'll get ur food"n maan left outside…harika sat beside geet smiling at her….both the girls chatted for sometime n in their talks harika said how maan cried for her when she was in accident n how he behaved weirdly with doctors…..geet's heart jumped in joy…she knows maan cares for her a lot but till now he is treating her as s friend that's only the info she know..she don't know whether maan too loves her or not…she smiled thinking about maan's words n his care for her….

Maan again came back with her food…he didn't even allow her to touch the spoon..maan is not at all allowing her move an inch n taking full care of her…harika left the room smiling as she got a call…"maan bas bas plz..muje aur nahi khana hai"geet said protesting to eat..but maan is maan he is not all leaving her as he don't want to take any risk regarding her health…"maan tum muje obese patient banana chahthe ho kya kitna khilaogi muje ab bas bhi karo..i cant eat more"she said making faces.."plz geet bas last one "maan made her eat finally….

When maan came out to put back the plate in kitchen... he saw harika chatting with aadi…he is about to say something but harika spoke"geet is really lucky aadi…maan kitna pyar kartha hai geet se..geet is indeed luck to have life partner like maan" before aadi or harika could say further maan roared"just shut up harika"

Both aadi n harika turned to maan who is fuming with anger.."kya bakwas kar rahi thi tum..how can u think that me n geet….we both are best friends..how can u think like that???"

"but maan I said whatever I felt when I saw u both…u both are beyond friends..i saw it in ur eyes maan...how can u say that she is only your friend when u love her actually.."

"oh stop it now…listen harika according to me friendship is more valuable than love and this thing just spoils true freindship..how can anyone decieve someone in the name of friend ship..me or geet never ever did that…plz don't spoil our friend ship..if geet would have listened it what she would have thought..plz stop saying all this crap"maan said n stormed out from there in anger…
