The Date-i

Maan Singh Khurana stood in front of his gigantic wardrobe trying to select a suit for himself to fit the "occasion, rather meeting, no date, arghhh, gosh, whats wrong with me, I'm losing my touch, Geet Handa is making me lose my touch, no I can't let that happen, it should be the other way round. She got me once but not this time" with that his thoughts lingered on to the party and last night, when they had danced together, had teased each other with their touches and brushes against their bodies

"I hope she wears white today as well, she looked so angelic, so pure yet so sexy, her white skin had glistened against the white material that clung to her and gave view of her perfect figure, and she looked delectably beautiful".

It took a steel's resolve and immense control for Maan not to drag her to a corner and devour her lips then and there, many times in the party, after their dance he had hinted at Geet what he intended at and she had blushed, her cheeks had turned pink and Maan could see a slow shy smile play at her lips.

"I hope Mr Handa fixes the date soon, as I can't wait for long for Geet to be Mrs Maan Singh Khurana, hmm sounds music to my ears" with that turned around only to be caught off guard by his servants who were now gawking at him, never had they seen their master behave in such a strange fashion, muttering and smiling effect.

"Buddies it's called the Geet effect, so don't be surprised, your masters in love and very soon you all will have a new member in this mansion to take care of, what say MAAN?" Yash teased leaning over Nakul, the butler winking at Maan. Maan in return gave an angry glare and in solemn but terse tone said "disperse" with his one command all the servants filled out of the room in seconds whom he had called in to tell him what he looked best in and for the past one hour they had been putting up Maan's fickle dress changes, every time he changed into a new suit, he paraded in front of them and asked how it looked, and before any of them could approve or disaaprove any of them, he would change into a different one without waiting for their opinion and again the charade would be repeated.

"So Maan Singh Khurana is confused huh! What to wear on a date with is fianc, that amusing! Never seen you so confused and unsure buddy" Yash teased. Yash was Maan's friend from childhood, , be it school, college, university, work or girls they have been together. Infact they now worked for the same man, though Yash didn't as important position as Maan but he was one of the most trusted employees of the Handa Empire. "What so amusing huh, its just a date, and you know I have been on hundred such dates before" Maan said. "oh c'mon buddy its jus not a date, it's THE DATE, stop kidding me, come I'll help you get ready", with that Yash turned towards Maan's wardrobe.

"How do you feel?"

"Nervous as wreck, is this date important, I mean I know Maan, then why this complication, cant we just postpone it, may be later and when I know I'm ready to marry him, I'm ready for the relation then why this date? Dad please, I trust you, your decision, I know him" Geet blabbered as her father looked on at his sweet angel. He got up from his large Oakwood desk in his study and held Geet by her shoulders and said " I know darling that you trust me, but this time I want you to trust yourself, your decision, just following somebody's command blindly just because you trust him, or because he is your dad, no that is not how it should be, this date is important for you as well as Maan before you two step into totally different waters. Marriage is not a joke, neither is it some short term agreement, its journey of lifetime where you two will hold on to each other till eternity and for that this date this important, to be sure of each other, to be sure of your own decision. Now let me see, you look gorgeous, just like a doll, hmm I see, my would be son in law is in some serious trouble" with that he kissed his angel on the head while Geet blushed.

Geet had dressed up simply yet elegantly in pink salwar suit and had let her straight hair down with minimal make up. When her father first informed her that She Maan are to go on a date together, she had fretted and sweated. "What will she say? What would he say? How would it be? If the date turns out to be a fiasco! Then?"

On the other hand Maan too had gotten ready, courtesy Yash who whistled on "someone's goin to be dead in a flash after she sees you, devil!"

Maan dressed in a grey suit with the first four buttons of his shirt of looked hot as always and smelled of musk! He smirked at yash's comment and headed towards the door, "thanks for the help buddy, I'll be off now, my lady love's waiting", with that he winked at Yash and was on his way to Handa Mansion. Yash called after him " go on Maan go on , have fun!". But Maan was already seated in his Porsche driving towards his destination. He smirked and felt happy, "this date will be fun, it won't be like any other, here I come Geet Handa, to sweep you off your feet".

SINCE MANY OF YOU REQUESTED FOR A DATE, SO HERE IT COMES, ITS JUST THE PREPARATIONS THAT I HAVE UPDATED REST I'LL UPDATE BY TOMORROW, PLEASE BEAR WITH ME.
