It was late evening when finally Geet opened her eyes to witness the most beautiful sight before her. Maan was sitting beside her with a sleeping Maansi in his lap. Her heart swelled with happiness, as for her, it was one of those dreams which could never be fulfilled.

Geet.. Maan asked softly looking at her tears

She looked at his concerned eyes with all her love but words refused to escape her mouth. Their gaze got locked knowing the ocean of emotions each of them was going through after feeling the presence of the other one.

A click of the door brought them back to find Yash n Meera entering the room

Geet Meera rushed towards Geet. She sat beside her n started checking her while asking few thing

Ab kaisa lag raha hai..

Geet couldn't say anything, she just nodded lowering her eyes assuring Meera that she is feeling better to which Meera smiled. Meera handed over a glass of juice to Maan

Maan iska vrat khol do..

Maan n Geet looked at Meera

Meeraa..

Nahi Geet.. aur nahi.. aur vaise bhi ab kiske liya vrat rakhana hai tu ne..

Meera shifted her gaze towards Maan when Geet lowered her eyes

Maan .. ye har saal aaj ke din vrat rakhati hai.. but I think its time.. she left the sentence incomplete looking at Geet's nervous face giving a soft smile n picking Maansi startling Geet n Maan

She'll be with us .. what??? She is sleeping.. n Maan I know u met ur daughter for the first time but u ve spent time with her n its high time u both talk.. saying this Meera left with Yash n Maansi shutting the door behind

Geet was still quite, not knowing what to do? For her it was all like a dream which would vanish once she'll open her mouth. But since when did they require words to know the others' emotions.

Both remained in the same posture for some time not knowing how to take the next step. It was Maan who came forward. Sitting beside Geet, he took her hands in one of his hand n brought the glass of juice in front of her mouth with the other.

She took few sips of juice spilling the tears she had been holding. Maan instantaneously took her in his embrace letting out his inner turmoil. Both cried their hearts out to let go of the grief, the pain, the loneliness they've been suffering without the other. They held onto each other tight feeling the life seeping back into their lifeless, soulless bodies. It was such a heavenly moment for both that they would have given their entire self to feel this one moment. It felt so complete to be in the arms of your soul mate feeling the togetherness they had been longing for.

He hugged her tight if possible anymore ensuring himself of her presence n she cried holding onto him pouring all her pain, opening all her wounds to be healed.
