Annie was sitting on the couch cursing herself, questioning god that why is it happening to her brother, her family. She was in Dadimaa's room few minutes back when Maan entered to check on Dadimaa. She couldn't hold herself after witnessing his n dadimaa's conversation & ran outside with tears clinging on her lids to flow out.

Maan… meri bahu ko ghar le aao… I'll fall on her feet n ask for forgiveness… Dadimaa cried pleading Maan

While Maan hugged her tight n gave a reassuring smile which never reached his eyes. Eyes, which only have pain of losing his soul n a hope to find her someday.

Annie's chain of thoughts was broken by Arjun who just entered KM & found Annie sitting alone with a tear – stricken face. He sat beside her n wiped her tears. She hugged him immediately breaking down completely.

What happened sweety???Arjun asked worriedly

Arjun bhabhi ka kuch pata nahi chal raha… mujhe se Bhai ki ye halat aur nahi dekhi jati… She said crying bitterly still in the hug

Arjun rubbed her back to calm her n pulled out when he felt her getting normal.

Annie… sweety… hum sab Geet ko dhundh rahe hai… n I m sure we'll b able to find her soon.. he said cupping her face in his palms tenderly

Hmm..she nodded feeling light

They sat there for sometime feeling each others presence which composed both of them

Arjun was the first one to break the silence

Annie… I wanted to tell u something

Hmm.. she looked at him confusingly

Actually I was thinking of telling about us to my parents, so that they can come n talk to Dadimaa & Maan

Arjun??? Nooo

Annie its been more than 3 years since we r together… we've waited for your studies to get over… but now what???

I don't want to get married… Annie said shocking Arjun

What??? Annie I know what u n your family r going through right now but you not getting married isn't any help…

Listen sweety … OK… we'll not get married until Geet comes back but at least we can get engaged???

Unknown to them, Maan n Dadimaa who came out looking for Annie, witnessed the entire scene. Dadimaa was overwhelmed with the amount of love her grand daughter-in-law has for her family but guilt of being the reason of the pain that she has caused her grand children increased many folds.
