Firstly, Yay - you updated! When I saw the links to TWO new parts, my mind was literally dancing away. Anyway, I absolutely loved both chapters and enjoyed the progress in the story. The lift scene was very powerful as it allowed a little romantic chemistry to bubble whilst showing development in their relationship too. It was expertly done by a very clever author, clearly. Furthermore, I loved how Geet's internal monologue was portrayed in such a beautiful way to add the perfect dose of humour in there. He clearly is head over heels for Geet's character but his thoughts show how a part of him is feeling vulnerable to the curse and his mind is confused with the intensity of emotions. It's almost as if his logical mind is battling against his feeble heart (where the curse is situated). So, I guess this contrasting battle is probably what caused Geet to think he was suffering from multiple personality disorder. Bless her, she is so sweet and innocent in a way - beautiful portrayal, Aniee. Coming to Geet's character - you have cleverly shown her from a realistic point of view to contrast with Maan's mystical edge and the juxtaposition is beautiful as it shows that the two are very different and still feel strongly for each other. Also, Geet's vulnerability in the scene merged with her cute cribbing conscious thoughts really does make her seem like a "girl next door" which makes the reader automatically empathise with her. Especially the section where she curses herself for forgetting her mobile at home as we've all been through it and we can relate to it as it's a very typical girly thing to do.Obviously, you have put a lot of effort in to the writing to achieve all this and I thank you for that. Hope to hear from you soon so I can see where the story progresses to. I cannot predict what's going to occur next (other than maybe Geet's development of feelings towards Maan) which is what I love about your unpredictable writing - it leaves me on the edge of my seat.
