Pinky came and settled with Adi in the guest room. Maan was not aware of her arrival, Adi just told him that wanted him to meet someone special; before breakfast was served Maan came down to join them pinky saw him descending down the steps and looked at him in awe, if one will say about his looks hw definitely has become more smart, but his eyes have lost the sparkle and his gait was not oozing the confidence it had once, was the part of his personality, she felt bad and she was sure Geet will be feeling guilty on seeing the naughty eyes turned to blankness. She was determined more to follow Adi's lead.

Adi called him, 'hey buddy come meet the woman behind my success', Maan extended his hand forward and suddenly felt still, while Adi said, 'meet Pinky my wife' Maan was startled to see her, he felt numb, only thought that crossed his mind was that now Geet will know the truth and also that Pinky will blast; but the woman in front of him proved him wrong, she took his hand and shook it, 'hello Maan sir' he reluctantly replied,' hello', she smiled and found that the wave of surprise has passed, she said, 'so, how are u coping' he did not expect her to confront openly, 'pardon' he said, she smirked,' I were asking about your health' he controlled himself and said,' am fine' she added, 'without her' he turned pale, she gave him a satisfying look, 'I mean without your trademark mischievous smile you look quite a stranger'

this was too much for our poor Pari, before Maan could react she said, 'smile and veer ji are aliens' Pinky opened her mouth in a small o and said, 'you r kidding right, Maan sir and not smile, he always had that stupid grin of his pasted on his face even when we irritated him" Adi interrupted, "what you are saying MK's smile a grin that too stupid" she gave him a angry look, "yes, I called it stupid, even when he was shouting at Geet he would have that mischievous spark in his eyes that curved his lips to a smile, and now is it not stupid to smile when you shout" Pari asked, "veer ji shouted! He only frowns" Pinky said, "no he never shouted, it was only Geet who derived his patience to a limit, she was always annoying him" listening to her name after so many years felt so good, he remembered all the days when she made blunders and he unknowingly said, "she never annoyed me"; now this was what Pinky was not prepared for, she did not know what to say, meanwhile NT not hearing what Maan just said in a low voice said, "come on, veer ji smiles when Adi Bhai comes but he never shouts "

Pinky looked at Adi, he nodded and she said, "Adi I know people change but they transform is what I never heard, by the way", she turned to MK, "is Sameera that bad that she does not allow you to even smile" Maan frowned, and before he could say something, Mandavi asked, "so Ms. Handa is Sameera" Maan gave his mother a shocked look and almost yelled, "NO" Pinky said, "no, my best friend is Geet Handa not Sameera" NT asked, "then who is Sameera" Pinky said, "you don't know" Pari said, "even I don't know" Pinky gave Maan a murderous look, where as in her heart she was jumping and said, "his wife, the woman because of whom my Best friend will die a spinster"

Adi wanted to laugh he had not imagined that the situation will become so realistic, what he did not understand was that NT and Pari were watching some serial when he was explaining the plan, so they did not know who was who. He then looked at Dev & Vicky who were not taking the clue, poor souls they understood that their wives were not acting but were genuinely ignorant; Adi winked at them and they tried o play well, they counted 1,2, 3 and said in unison, "wife, when did you marry veer ji"

Maan rubbed his temples, he suddenly felt dizzy and thumped on the sofa, and Mandavi came near him, and said."It's ok beta if you got married, bring her to KM, no one will ask you anything, even we will not say anything or ask her anything" Maan looked helplessly at Adi for help but the later shrugged and made a baby face; after a few seconds Maan said, "Maa I have not married anyone neither Sameera nor any other girl" Pinky came forward and yelled, she was hurt, she knew everything but still it hurt that she was the messenger in what he did, she yelled at him, "you lied, you lied to her or should I say you used me to betray her, why Maan sir, why?" his face turned pale, he looked at her and sighed, she continued, "she will never forgive me, I betrayed her, I made her believe what was never going to happen, so you hated him, Adi tell me Adi, this is MK you helped to get rid of a girl who stalked him, you helped him to betray my friend my best friend" and she genuinely cried, she felt pain, she felt guilt, if only that day she would have confronted him if only, she was not able to act anymore, she shouted, "you hated her so much that you wanted her out of your life" Maan was broke he was not able to take it anymore, he joined his hands and said, "no, Pinky I never hated her, I always loved her" she wiped her tears and said, "then why did you do this?" he said, "I had no other option, I had to do this for her good" she gave him a stern look and said, "no, Maan sir, you did not do this for her, you did this for yourself" Adi interrupted, "Pinky what are you saying?" Pinky said, "yes, Adi he did this for his ego, he was afraid that after hearing that he cannot live a normal athletic life she might reject him, so he played the game" Maan pleaded, "no Pinky this is not true" Pinky was in no mood to listen, "then you could have told her, it was for her to choose, but you took her right, she may forgive you but I willnot"
