GHSP didnt get the Recognition

I know this is too late now but I just wanted to get my point across.I have been watching Geet again from the begining,and I really feel that GHSP didn't get what it should have right from the begining.If this serial was on Star Plus,Oreven Colors and Zee TV,any of those then I garuntee this serial would have got all the awards,and been still going.I mean I have never seen Girls rights explained so well and so Beutifully.From the beginig of the. Serial how Geet is treated,how she is hit by her Brother her Grandad.How a forieghner comes and takes her money Izzat everything from her,and yet again the Girl is in the wrong.She then stands up for herself, and goes to make a life for herself and her baby,yet again her past comes in the way.All this was an amazing story to help every girl, not just in India but around the world.How honour killing is so bad but still happens. This serial would have been right on Star Plus as "Rishta Wahi,Soch Nayee!" But unfortunatly it didn't get the recognition that it should have. But I would like to say the makers did a fantastic job,and if I ever see this storyline being repeated elsewhere,I will always say GHSP did this first and hopefully others will remember too.Hopefully GHSP will have reached lots of people and its message!

ya i totally agree with that they had not even get the right recognition that get for a silly drama shw in these channelby critics.
but what guaratee that maneet luv story will be like this? according to my pov in dramas if ghsp were in sp, zv or in colors they will firsty marry geet to dev then the recognitions of lv feelings, then guilt and even our baby will get the name of that stupid dev for sometimes. we never lik that atall ki hamari geet maan se milne ke baad kisi aur ki hojay ya phir kisi aur uski tharaf dekh bhi ley.
ya it is true that they never got the right recognitions that they deserve especially dd in staring... and one more thing trp never give these much of fan following that now we giving...
so proud be a maneetian that magic had been in that right place...

Totally agree. Even i felt had the show wasin star plus zee oe colors atleast we would still be seeing them. Sigh 😭

Absolutely! And we will forever sigh in regret that Star One couldn't bring Geet on a larger platform and neither did it help in retaining it ... the best things never last as they say .. this is one of those times..
