Geet has opened upto Maan a lot. But deep down she has buried her feelings as she is afraid of letting him know about that night.. She thinks she is happy, she is finding happiness in everything but not genuinely happy. The pain and hurt, she went through all alone is still deep within her heart but her nature is not allowing her to let anyone know about it.
