cumin seeds - 1 spoon
fresh coconut or dry coconut- 1 cup
salt - your taste
green chillies- according to your spice
turmeric - a pinch
ginger -little {optional}
Grind with yogurt into fine paste.
Boil diced cucumbers to 3/4th with 3-4 curry leaves in as less water as possible. Then, add the ground paste & boil on low heat {otherwise yougurt will curdle}. If the yogurt is less, add more.
You can also use cooked spinach, green gourd, white pumpkin, instead of cucumber😃
