Why some accounts are temporarily banned?

Can anyone plz tell me why some accounts are temporarily banned? i am unable to access Sridevi27's ff Love and Despair, The Oldest Story and also 7th Heaven's ff Fall Out. Whenever i am opening these ff's it is shown that this account has been temporarily banned. please can anyone tell me how to access these ff's? where else can i read these ff's? please help😭
