now i have hope that maan ko geet completely understand karegi she is perfect for maan ore more than that maan also perfect hope painting really nice
""Hope" – That is the name of the painting. Girl is very ordinarily dressed in white signifying purity and also because it enhances the contrast with her surroundings. She stands amidst nature hoping.

Though there is no sun on the horizon but the light of the painting signifies the warmth as she stands looking up to clear skies touching soft petals, breathing the crisp air and feeling the nature with her outstretched hands."

But the tapestry of his eyes changed quickly once again to be replaced by obtuseness. He still kept on staring at the painting and repeated again "It is beautiful. Will you sell it?"

Geet laughed out aloud captivating Maan with its sound - "No, I will not sell it Mr. Khurana. This is my first painting after I completed my college and decided to take painting professionally. It is very close to my heart and I can not part with it"

Maan nodded his head in acknowledgement. They stood for few moments looking onto the painting.

"I was engaged to be married before. But my fianc…my fi…she…"

Geet spoke as Maan struggled for words – "I know. She met a fire accident on the day of marriage. Daadima told dad and he mentioned it to me. I am sorry."

maan ka honestly bolna geet ka realtion ka acha isme hi ki sachayee share kare ye baate ache lage Maan just stood silent not letting her know of his thoughts and inner turmoil. He spoke again after composing himself "I was never involved with anyone else seriously. But I did feel very strongly about her and thinking about this marriage has been a very hard decision for me. I can only offer you my friendship as the base for going forward but I am ready to do so"

Geet understood his unspoken words – "I understand Maan. You lost her on your wedding day and that must have been terrible. I am not sure where we are headed but I just want you to know that I have never been in any serious relationship either."

She smiled and finally faced him – "And also that I appreciate your honesty. I truly believe that there is nothing more important than truth in any relationship be it friendship or anything else"

maan ko geet ka maturity acha laga
Maan finally looked holding her gaze. He liked her maturity and the fact that she understood him at some level.

They left the studio to go back to the living room but not before Maan gazed once again at "Hope"

I am totally in love with the story already !😃

The introduction of Geet reflected her dynamic personality while that of Maan reflected his hard nature. But as the story progresses, we get to see the different facets of their personality infront of their family and the people that matter and I must say I truly admired your portrayal.

I love the conviction in your characters - in the last story and this one. I truly believe it when you say that Geet will take the decisions in her life. She truly seems that way.

I could completely identify with Maan's loneliness. There are some things you feel but dont accept unless it is pointed out to you in the eye and its just the case for him. I loved it how you put Dadima's views across - they are so true. Its very difficult to live life on your own - without someone to share it with.And isnt it common saying that there's one thing that everyone should save for old age - and thats their marriage ! So the loss of your soul mate gets far more intense in the loneliness of age !

I am glad that Maan has a practical approach to life and considered Dadima's words from his own POV. Its true that the definition of love changes with age and maturity. I am quite convinced by his point of thinking about marriage - he is ready to do his best and covered all points to keep his partner happy incase he fails to fall in love with her which he is so sure of now. But maybe the decision of what is easy and what is hard in a relationship is not so easy once you get into it.Specially when its Geet. I'll wait for you to make him realise it !😃

Once again, loving it !

Edit : Oh yaah, forgot to mention how impressed I was with Geet's qualification and her eye as a painter ! The way you described Hope was astounding !

Ritzy di um so sorry for mot commenting i wasnt in town

but now um done with all the updates

well i loved maan's entry superb and then maan and geet as radha and Krishna truly adorable i loved it
reading part 2 made me feel that maan is a tough character and undoubtedly he is i mean he had lost poonam...

then part 3 beautifully written awarapan song perfectly suited to the situation,,,and then daadi played a great part in making maan understand everything...i just loved that

part4 was two months ahead,,,glad maan decided to move ahead and then his feelings were also true i mean talking to poonam that he is not doing anything for himself but for daadi
and geet's brother was so sweet to tell that maan is doing all that because of his daadi...i loved it...u made me remember the movie vivah with that

then part5 too good di...hum aapke hai kaun yaad aa gayi muje...sachi...i loved that maan truly confessed everything in front of geet and then geet was too mature to handle the situation
and yes geet mein kuch to baat hai hi

well i loved that painting concept of "hope"
