Joy, the thing is when the story went downhill, ppl started diverting attention and enjoying the segments and masti-mazak more. 😉 And now when that is also snatched away, frustration starts coming out. 😆 Otherwise where there were interviews for Kurbaan Hua or RTM sequence? 😆

We had interviews of Gurti after the hospital hug and GC's return after Dengue? I think interviews started coming out daily after that sequence. 🤔

It was an emotional shoot ...they all were upset ...and have interview together ( GC - DD ) full maste ...they are too good ...and said thy never had any issue with

I agree Shreya and I kept saying this when joint interviews stopped ...Anu will remember it ..I told her that when did we get any interviews during kurbaan hua or hum tum days ..but still we never missed them na 😳...so its only after show had no story left ,we started missing all that since those interviews sort of made up for the lack of story in the episodes and when that was also gone ,many started feeling something is empty in Geet world

Any chances of season 2 as now SO has been sold off to a new channel so now we have to bug the new head ajit thakur so any chances that we get a season 2

I am almost in tears just thinking about it! Thanks to them for this one last goodbye...for now...hopefully.😆

@Jyoti: Positive and negative, yes. Abusive? No. I think GC and DD were fine actually as long as it was restricted to fans linking them up. They dealt with it by directly communicating with the fans either in interviews or GC, through his angry blog post. But I think the straw that broke the camel's back was the media, running with the fans' fantasy and starting to report their link up and resulting problems in GC's marriage, that too legitimate (or so they like to think) sources like TOI. That is going to go down in their permanent record, it will come up if anyone googles them or looks back at print coverage on them. Yes, GC refuted it on TB but what is TB compared to TOI?

The fans went too far, yes, but now that I think back on the sequence of events, I think it was the media trying to cash in on the fan's fantasy and craze for the couple that made GC and DD weary. If you're in TOI you want to be there for your work, not because of a baseless rumour involving infidelity and adultery!

@Samana:See thats my point .,.its not the fans exactly ...its also the media who sort of did the complete damage by reporting the link up news after gold awards ...because as far as I remember ,joint interviews stopped only after the chugolkhor aunty segment where the link up news was told in a masala way and then we saw GC getting a tattoo and also a full stop to all joint interviews ...So in this whole game of media and actors ka issues,we fans got the max blame 😆

People started attacking GC's personal life right after right after the SBS&SBB segment where the reporter askded DB about how she feels about their chemistry & DB said something which was not well recieved by the fans & since then this DDvsGC started
