I just don't get it. The Vikram track was not logical enough to draw back viewers but we took it with open arms as it featured Maaneet. What was their problem to extend that seriousness for a few more weeks, ie THE LAST episodes?

There are so many latin dance forms, it's impossible to remember 😆😆 I don't care what form they dance, if we can't get the other type of dance, we might as well take this one! 😆

Yes, that word 'gunaah' used by Dadima is what prompted me to take this route to describe Maan's past with Sam. In fact I started this fic during the Pari episodes and took off on my own path. At that point I did not know they will never get Maan to discuss his past with Geet. Once he maintained his silence, this route would have been untenable without painting him hypocritical.

*SIGH* Can you believe we have only had 6 episodes since Vikram's "death"?

It feels like so much longer. We were all so hopeful for the next twist, announced by SBS/B. It just goes to show, it takes no time at all for the show to deteriorate into nothing. This past week has been one of the worst in terms of Maaneet screentime. Usually they were at least given solid moments between the circus but here one moment was stretched between installments of the pathetic, tantrum-inducing excuse for comedy.

I am just going to imagine this HM crap didn't happen and assume the coffee/tea scene was the finale of the show. It was perfect in every way, had great dialogues, symbolism in the mugs and a symbol of Maaneet's future together. THAT is what I want to remember about this couple, that despite their differences, they are better together. 😳

@Opti: It was one of the most disheartening things that they never explored Maan's past, nor did the have him explain it to Geet. It is a huge blot on his characterisation of being principled to a fault.
