Reena wat u wanna know me confused.. Hima di normally wen a business goes for revamp means either the business is sold to a completely different entity and its taken over and the new entity will change the name but operate in same way..or it means the current owners itself change the name and then operate..it means that the goodwill starone is having is not much so they want to have new goodwill..all this i had in ma theory for exams..hope i could help..

Hima di it can be both ways i think..its not yet confirmed that so is sold or no.. Its all internal matters as its private co we wont come to know abt the owners all wat articles will come abt sold and stuff will be mere speculation..
