Part 26

He was much upset his mind had been turned out to b bombshell which might explode any other moment.Maan without having lunch left office …even cancelled his meeting in the afternoon.He was sitting at near by park bench from two hours.

Addi called him twice.Geet called him .But no response.But when Daddi continuously called him five times he had to pick.

Daddi busted when Maan took her call : Kahan hai aap koi fikar hai apko ?

Maan: Daddi I m not at office..I wanna b alone for some time.( he replied in low tone)

Daddi Maa : I no u r not in office.I called. But why u not picked Addi n Geet's phone ?

Maan: Daddi Maa u know reason,even Geet has been started to suspect me…She is rite at her place.But I hav no courage to face her.

Daddi Maa: Maan betay this is not a rite way to talk ..come home we ll hav a talk face to face.

Maan: okey Daddi Maa I m coming..But plz don't tell Geet that I was not taking her phone intentionally.

Daddi Maa: okey that's fine

He cut phone n left for home

But Daddi told Geet every thing.Now as usual Geet did same...pretended to b unaware.Maan told her that he was busy which was nt digestible.Even he knew.Geet had to digest.

She knew Maan wanna talk to Daddi Maa.So she left home for out house .Making excuse servants were re arranging things there n she had to observe them.So Maan had a chance to b alone wth Daddi.

She was waiting for Maan in her room.

Maan: Good evening Daddi Maa ( dragging his legs he said)

Daddi Maa: oh to hamare shehjaade ko fursat mil gayi…ghar aane ki .( she said folding her arms)

Maan : Ji Daddi Maa….I m sorry.Even I hav to make excuse in front of Geet.Mujhe lagta hai jaise main khud ek jhoot ban chukka hu.( he was about to cry )

Both set on sofa while talking

Daddi Maa: Now enough Maan..every thing has a limit.Don try to run from reality face it N u r not wrong.Geet ko patta hai...( she placed her hand on his cheek but her tongue slipped)

Maan: Daddi Maa Geet ko patta hai.(bit surprised Maan said )

Daddi Maa: I mean Geet ko Paata chal jaayega..that u were not at fault..( she corrected)

Outside Mannat who was playing in her room.Came out n when she was going down stairs. Her foot got stuck in carpet near first step n she rolled down to floor. Her scream made every one to rush toward stairs. Maan n Daddi Maa was shocked to find unconscious Mannat totally in blood running from her forehead..

Maan: Mannat..Daddi Maa Mannat ( he shouted)

Nakul informed Geet.She also rushed toward home where she found Maan putting Mannat in Car. She asked Daddi Maa to take care Arya n took Mannat from Maan

Geet: Jaldi karo Maan…

Maan: Ha Geet

N they left for Hospital.Poor Papa's girl totlly in blood was in his lap unconscious .

Geet had already phoned Dr Kapoor in City Care Hospital from Maan's Cell when they were on the way .Dr was ready to attend her.

Dr: Oh my god..iska to bahut khon beh gaya hai...( n he asked nurse to shift her in OT)

Geet: Dt Kapoor hamari Mannat hosh main kyo nahi aa rahi.

Dr Kapoor : Let me check her.jaise apne phone pe bataya k wo stairs se gir gayi..I think shock ki wajah se bhi wo behosh hai .

Dr moved in. Geet looked at Maan who was standing lik a statue against the wall.

Geet: Maan ..Maan ( she jerked him )

Maan: Ha..Geet …( He looked at her for a while wth empty eyes ) Geet !!! Mannat theek to ho jaayegi na ( n tears rolled down from his eyes)

Geet: Ha Maan kush nahi hoga hamari Mannat ko .kush bhi nahi.( she hugged him tightly)

Till than Daddi Maa had reached there with Aryaman.Geet told her every thing.She took Aryaman from Daddi.But she was much upset from inside becoz of Maan n Mannat's condition.Mannat was in pain physically n Maan was in pain emotionally.

Nurse came with some papers

Nurse: Sir yeh declaration form hai.sign kar dejiye.we r going to perform operation.Aap unke Papa hai ( she hit on same place which was responsible for what was happening )

Maan: Ha ..main Mannat ka ( no words were coming out of his mouth)

Geet: Ha yeh Mannat k Papa hai…aur main Maa ( she completed his sentence )

Maan : Geet

Geet: Maan sign it..aaj Mannat ko uske Papa ..nahi Mannat k ' Mere Papa Maan' ki jaroorat hai.itna waqt nahi k hum kush sochay sign it.( giving him pen n papers she said )

Maan looked at Geet n then Daddi.She nooded her head lik gav him permission n he signed it .Nurse left

Maan:Geet Mannat k Papa Rahul ( excuses hurt him every time but this time it was killing )

Geet: Rahul nahi hai ( she completed making his excuse to reality )

Maan: Geet tumko Patta ? ( shocked Maan said )

Geet: Maan kyoni Rahul pichle 1 saal se US main hai…jaane se pehle milla tha humko apko yaad nahi due to ML.Maan admit reality ( lookin in his big broad eyes she said )

Maan: Reality Geet..? ( But Maan was unaware that Geet knew real matter )

Daddi Maa: Maan ball dejiye beta.Isse pehle k der ho jaaye.( She second Geet )

She took Arya from Geet.n sat on sofa outside OT

Maan: Geet Mannat k Papa( He gathered his full courage )

Geet: Mannat k 'Mere Papa Maan' hai yahi na...jaise wo aksar kehti hai …(She held Maan's shoulder )

Maan: Tumko Patta chal gaya ..Geet plz don't take me wrong ( he held Geet's hands)

Geet: U r wrong Maan..not for that what had happened..but fo that what is happening ..u don't trust me ?

Maan: Geet I was scared.ek taraf tum aur hamare beta thay aur dusri taraf Mannat.Tumko kaise kho detta…jiski wajah se meri duniya besti hai..aur Mannat mere ateet ka wo hissa hai jisme dukh k siva kush nahi ( he busted)

Geet: Sameera ki galti ki sajja is bacchi ko kya Maan…usme Sameera ko nahi apne aap ko dund-tey ( search)….uski puri duniya tumse hai .usko lagta hai …uske liye uske Papa wo sakhsh (man) hai jiski wajah se usko sabh mil jayega jo uske pass nahi.Aur uske liye aap 'Hamare Papa' nahi 'Mere Papa Maan' hai...Jaisa usko Shahid ne bataya khel khel main 'Hamare Papa ki jagah 'Mere Papa' kaho...sirf tab hi Papa...sirf apne hotay hai aur uski zindgi ka maksad ban gaye yeh teenlafaz (word)

What she said.Maan was now aware that Geet knew every thing

Maan: Geet how u came to know ?

Geet: Daddi Maa told me…Even every one knew from that day when She took Mannat here.( now every thing was in front of Maan )

Maan: Kya ? ( he was surprised shocked )

Geet: Maan we ll discuss every thing after that..pehle Mannat ko theek ho jaane do .

Maan: Ha Geet per tumne yeh jaan kar bhi k Mannat meri beti hai …usko apna liya isse badi baat mere liye koi nahi….woh theek ho jaye kush nahi chahea mujhe..usse maine ' Mere Papa Maan' kehne ka jo haq sheena ussi ki sajja mujhe mil rahi hai..Per bhagwaan mujhe kar deta jo karna tha ….uskke sath kyo kiya ( he hugged her )

Geet: Nahi Maan aisa mat kahea..kush galat nahi kiya apne.N ha Mannat ko kush nahi hoga dekna abhi doctor sabb bahar aa kar kahegay k Mannat aab theek hai ( she rolled her hand on back of his head)

Daddi Maa: Ji beta Geet theek keh rahin hai.be brave

N same happened Dr came with good news.She was fine now.But she had fracture in her leg n due to injury on head doctors had to do minor operation.
