The 25 % share Arjun returned to Maan and not to Dev so Maan still could hold those but he may have given to Dev back but does not mean that she holds those...
Adi has given his life for KC and specially for Maan and Geet. After Geet told her true life story to Maan and Maan did not responded well in shock then Geet went away and was leaving Delhi. That time Maan came and asked Adi where Geet was that time Adi told him Sir I know that you are my boss and you can fire me from my job but I cannot betray Geet and for her I can leave your job and even give my life but I will not betray her as she is my friend.
