B2b is a gole to increase the ranking,so we work on that,,,and u can read everything on the First page of the link which i gave u ,,but not only that we do chat and discuss about various things too 😆and u can press the CM Ranking when ever u can but u have to refresh the Page after doing once and not only CM Ranking,Google Plus also helps the CM Ranking as well as FB Likes..moreover the posts by different IDs decides the Ranking so if u comment on posts in the forum that too counts 😃check out this link..it will help u out how to do the google plus thing 😊
