I have an idea - how about every morning, we all start with the alphabets, I mean we all pick one & I open a topic to say What comes to your mind starting from A when you think of Maaneet, then someone else does B, etc... we will have at least 26 posts everyday

As disclosed its a broad category and it does takes into account both Ratings + the number of votes. What you are referring on the forum page is just the Number of Votes alone.

Secondly about the Views we have always emphasised that we give more weightage to Unique IPs. So if the same set of people are chatting on a thread wont increase the Views as much a good thread which is read by many different people (read Unique IP address).
