Well, Mishal left because of problems with the PH and channel and the channel wanted a strong replacement to show that they can carry on the show without him. It became an ego issue. Shabbo was approached right after Mishal left but since he was busy with his guiness show, he could not take it up. If they were just looking for a replacement, they could have taken anybody but they waited till he finished that show before taking him on board. Datta Bau went missing for long to make way for this plot. Now tell me why would they go out of the way for Shabbir? And why would Shabbir take it on unless it is for good money as you yourself said replacements have disadvantages?

@Medha:There r things which cannot b taken as entertainment as well as a social message ...marriage is an institution and taking it as challenge and making a joke of it goes against our hindu religion or sentiments...so when it comes to religious issues ,every show should try and respect it and not make fun of it ...but hving said that ,it has nothing to do with social message ..both r different things altogether and should not b mixed here 😊

See to be frank even in story line when all are interested in seeing Maaneet love to unfold when Maaneet scenes are abruptly ended as Jyoti said does it not effect the flow of the show...and social issue has nothing to do here...

Tell me when I want to enjoy Maaneet's new beginning how much will i enjoy it been interupted by Dev and Nandini basless love story ...when I know what the character Dev has done in past ...again social issue has nothing to do here

all i ment was if Maaneet scenes are completed and than if they show Devini without making it effect Maaneets character no one would crib so much...hai na😊

U get attached to a character ... its happiness makes u happy...sadness makes u sad...and foolishness makes u angry..simple
