Agree, though I am not a medical student 😃. I can definitely say from personal experience running water is far more effective.

But in GHSP they always use methods where they can utilize the skin contact the most, like ice or paste 🤣

I was getting bored and I started watching the TT interview (pappi wali) and I had a big smile on my face by the end of it.😃. I think GC might have been drunk, otherwise there is no explanation for his behavior🤣, normally he is very decent and controlled
